Excellent service replacing a damaged kitchen mixer tap. From William: in advance clear and concise emails detailing the scope of work, and the price. From Sean: arrived on time, worked tidily, quietly, efficiently, cleaned up when he’d finished. By the end of the day I received an emailed report of work done, with photos illustrating it, and an itemized invoice: all very helpful and transparent. Very happy to recommend and will certainly use again.

Excellent service. William was able to come to my flat within a couple of days of me first contacting him. He asked a number of questions before coming to the property so he could research the issue. Once at my flat he explained very clearly what the issue was and what he did to fix it, taking numerous photos of the whole process. Within a couple of hours of leaving he had then put the detailed explanation and photos into an email for my records. Would definitely recommend him.

I was given advice by phone and Whatsapp on how to repressure a boiler. When I lost the heating, I texted Will in a middle of the night and he answered in a matter of minutes. He was super helpful: sent some videos straight away and accompanied me by phone to make sure I did the work myself in a right way. Well done!

I had a leaking bath waste fixed and an old basin waste replaced with a newer unit. Two issues in much need of fixing. Whilst checking the bath, they noticed it was draining very slowly, so they cleared a blockage. It was all fixed quickly with no fuss, plus all cleaned up afterwards. Excellent job.

I can’t fault William’s professional and efficient service. There was brown water leaking from our boiler. Using the online form I sent a message and images to William. He called me back promptly and arranged a visit for the next day. He soon established the problem was a leaving diverter valve. The following day he returned to fit a new valve. The system was isolated, flushed and fully tested. All is fine again now. Good rates and highly recommended.

I emailed Will I Am to replace and fit bathroom pump. I had an immediate reply requesting photos. By return a Detailed quote was given and the work was done the following day. The engineer was on time, and as during Coronavirus concerns, wore a mask, gloves and plastic overshoes. I was impressed with the professional service and how promptly the work was done the engineer was courteous, helpful, efficient and left everything tidy.

Another company told me my faulty boiler had to be replaced. Will-I-am came to quote. They were prompt professional and took tome to explain my options. They said the boiler could be repaired. I got a report with photos the same day. I was given a 20% discount on the diagnostic visit. They sourced the parts for my 17 yr old boiler and came and fixed it the day after my quote. The whole thing with both visits cost £300 instead of 3-4000 for replacement. I have lovely hot water again. Highly recommend

This was the most professional and super-fast service from a plumber that I've ever encountered. My enquiry was answered right away, even though I emailed on a Sunday. The visit (on Tuesday) went very smoothly – the engineer even phoned when he was on the way. I wasn't on-site, so, unrequested, I was sent a full report and photos afterwards – much appreciated. All of this for what really wasn't a big job, but it was handled as if it was. Will I Am could not have been more helpful, efficient and considerate. I've got complete confidence with this firm and intend to go back to them as and when needed. In short, I was really impressed!

Tom & Jake have done a superb job of installing my new Valiant boiler. It was a tricky job - the flue was on my 4th floor flat roof, and as the boiler is in a hallway cupboard there was no easy access to a waste pipe so a condense pump had to be fitted to take it to the kitchen sink waste. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed properly, nothing was rushed. Will has been great to deal with throughout the process, and also Paul did a superb job of flushing the system before the install. Highly recommended!

I’ve needed to get a plumber out for a couple of (unrelated) emergency jobs this year. I was so pleased to find WILL I AM with the first problem I had - which was a leak from my radiator at the height of lockdown. He was so helpful and quick and reasonably priced I’ve used him ever since. Including replacing an old radiator this week. Again it was a great job done at a good price quickly and with no fuss. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Huge huge thanks to William and his team for such an excellent service. He went out of his way to help us - giving us trustworthy advice, coming over at short notice, linking us up to a drainage expert, fixing the toilet (after two plumbers had failed to do so!), and leaving our bathroom clean and tidied up. Moving into a new house and needed an old gas boiler servicing. Will-I-Am were really quick to set up an appointment and responsive to questions. Tom called ahead of arriving (early!), did a great job explaining what the service entailed and ensured all our radiators were working before leaving.
