Continue to be extremely impressed with William and his team. This is the second time we've used them and they are now firmly our first phone call for all our plumbing needs! Always patient and helpful, taking the time to talk through the pros and cons of various options. They did all this with a smile - including having to work outside in the middle of the Beast from East! The team worked extra hard to make sure we weren't left without heat or hot water over night - for which we will be forever grateful! Can't recommend highly enough.

Thanks to the snow and an old house, my pipes froze, the bath was not draining and the pipe from the overflow in the bath broke. I called Will.i.am for help (I had used him before, totally happily) and he came round and sorted it all out for me. What I really appreciated is that in each case he actually checked out other possible issues, rather than just dealing with the obvious issue. So good to have someone who can and will do these additional checks. In each case he sorted everything. He is professional, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend his to others.

My daughter had a leak in her flat and was on holiday. Will i am came to the rescue, came out the same evening and sorted out the problem. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, would use again.

I have been using Will I Am Plumbing for 2 years as a small landlord. His advice is sound, his small team well trained in modern plumbing techniques, they turn up on time and leave the place clean and tidy. They do a proper job. I am sorry to recommend him as he will get too busy!

William and team completed the work thoroughly (Gas safety, power flush and new basin waste) and also made some good recommendations in their report. Good communication and friendly service, they also started work early to fit in with our schedule. Highly recommend these guys for plumbing and gas work.

Will took our call on a Sunday evening and came out and fixed our broken boiler when most folks would be turning in for the night. Besides fixing the pressure in seconds, he also advised us on what to do if it happened again, and all with the most efficient and courteous service one could ask for. He'll be our go-to for all future calls from now on.

It is impossible to overstate how good these guys are... from the initial communications to agree and arrange the required work (Will i am), punctuality on the day, professionalism of Sean and Paul (who undertook the work), quality of their workmanship, tidiness during and on preparing to leave and finally with regard to the detail provided in the paperwork and advice for post-installation maintenance. I have never had tradesman this good before (and i am 58).

William and his team were able to move a boiler with little bother, They also discovered and fixed two gas leaks whilst on site. 11/10 would recommend.

Had to repair the heating element of a HIU, which unfortunately broke down in one of the coldest weeks this Winter. Engineers were very timely and professional, making thorough checks on the plumbing side, as well as answering any questions I had. Initial diagnosis determined a fault of electrical nature, therefore had to additionally request the services of an electrician. Despite it not being a quick fix, they even helped me source an electrician!! The final step was to supply and fit a new part, for which I went back to Will-i-am (as plumbing element). William went out of his way to get all this work done on the same day (post-electrician visit), helping minimise disruptions, as well as time without heating.Very clear about pricing and invoicing. I felt well informed every step of the way. Their engineers have experience with servicing & repairing HIU's, which is still tricky to find in London. I was recommended this company via a neighbour and would happily recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Will I Am Plumbing - we had a leak in our water tank's expansion vessel, which needed to be removed and replaced ASAP. Will was able to come over and carry out the work the same day as the issue was reported, and the work was carried out to a very high standard.

Prior to booking all email communication was handled promptly and in depth. Will was booked in for 11am - 1pm slot. He called before hand to see if it was okay to come earlier which was perfect for me. He completed his work efficiently and took time to explain the outcome of his diagnostics and all my options and possible consequences. Very courteous and explained everything in a easy to understand way. Within half an hour of him departing he emailed a report of his findings. Very pleased with this tradesman and will definitely use again.

Very pleased with William and his crew. They were quick, polite and reliable. I knew I was in safe hands and they took safety seriously which is important with gas. They also notified me along the way of any issues -e.g. the height of the new cooker would have been lower than that of the original cooker, so they fashioned a work-around for me. Very pleased with the work and would use again without hesitation.

This company have now completed 3 jobs for me: Kitchen tap fitting, boiler element replacement and shower mixer tap replacement. They are friendly, explain in full detail what they are doing and why. I was given advice by phone and Whatsapp on how to repressure a boiler. When I lost the heating, I texted Will in a middle of the night and he answered in a matter of minutes. He was super helpful: sent some videos straight away and accompanied me by phone to make sure I did the work myself in a right way. Well done!
