Ryan came early and was efficient and capable. I needed cartridge replacement on two taps and he had a variety of fitting with him so although I had been unable to give the name of the taps or parts required he was able to do the work within 40 minutes. He explained everything clearly and was polite and a pleasure to employ. William had arranged for the visit at my earliest convenience and the whole experience was a model in professional business. The price was reasonable. I loved that there was no mention of previous workmen's incompetence (!) or issues around parking (not simple in my area) - just allowed me to get on with my day calmly whilst he got on with his. Great! delighted to recommend.

I contacted Will i am online, a simple process, asking for advice on a slight leak from the pressure relief valve on an unvented hot water cylinder. Will suggested that the cylinder be serviced and if a part was found to be faulty, he would quote. The service visit was booked quickly for the next day. Joe and Fabio turned up the next day, well on time, inspected the cylinder and made a number of recommendations, including advising on the warranty period. At the end of the visit I received a detailed report and subsequently quotations for replacement of the valve, if it was subsequently found necessary to replace it. I was very impressed with the ease of booking the appointment, the care and attention given to the service, the friendly and approachable team who carried out the work, the final report and the overall price and would warmly recommend Will i am to other Which readers.

Our very old Biasi boiler has been given a longer lease. The Central Heating engineer serviced our boiler to keep it running smoothly for a bit longer. Clear communication. Extremely professional, punctual and competent!

I didn't have the opportunity to use the service - but I was offered excellent advice that lead me to solve my problem at low cost, and saved me from spending thousands of pounds on a new boiler installation (prematurely). William took the time to review the case, spoke to me on the phone and email, and finally offered cost effective solution which didn't involve using his services. I've had many plumbers come to my flat to do plumbing work and Will I Am has been by far the best one. The appointment was booked quickly, they arrived on time, quickly identified my water pressure problem and managed to fix it within an hour. I had to call William up on a Sunday to discuss my gas leak. He clearly explained my options and was very responsive to subsequent communications. He was super reliable - turning up when he said he would and phoning when he was half an hour away. Resolved my issue and allowed me to have a warm house again. I get the impression he is a solid decent tradesman.

Will installed a boiler, megaflo system and underfloor heating in my new house. I highly commend him for the effort he took to ensure that my jobs were completed to the highest quality in a timely manner. He is reliable, easy to get hold of, and was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. His engineers who came out were very friendly and professional, and talked me through everything they were doing. Prior to booking all email communication was handled promptly and in depth. Will was booked in for 11am - 1pm slot. He called before hand to see if it was okay to come earlier which was perfect for me. He completed his work efficiently and took time to explain the outcome of his diagnostics and all my options and possible consequences. Very courteous and explained everything in a easy to understand way. Within half an hour of him departing he emailed a report of his findings. Very pleased with this tradesman and will definitely use again.
