William is very prompt and courteous in replying, extremely helpful, explaining what needs to be done, what options there are and then, once a decision is made, deals with the problem as quickly as possible. I have used him three times now, to replace the boiler, fix a leaking valve in the shower and replace the hob. I definitely recommend him.

Excellent service. William was able to come to my flat within a couple of days of me first contacting him. He asked a number of questions before coming to the property so he could research the issue. Once at my flat he explained very clearly what the issue was and what he did to fix it, taking numerous photos of the whole process. Within a couple of hours of leaving he had then put the detailed explanation and photos into an email for my records. Would definitely recommend him.

Very highly recommended. William is incredibly responsive to emails, the visit was arranged very quickly and then the day booked, for the work to be done. I was kept updated at all stages and in writing, which I prefer. The price was very competitive. Sean, who came to assess the work needed, was superb, listened and quoted to my specification. I felt reassured by his presentation and knowledge and confident enough to leave him alone to do the work whilst I went to work. I came back to a clean flat and a fully functioning boiler and toilet. I would definitely use them for all future plumbing work.

William has arrived within one hour of me making a call, after 9pm on a Monday. He was efficient, polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem and went about fixing it. He already had the spare parts that were necessary for the fix in his truck. He clearly cares about delivering a high quality service. I am already planning to book him for a few other jobs. Excellent service replacing a damaged kitchen mixer tap. From William: in advance clear and concise emails detailing the scope of work, and the price. From Sean: arrived on time, worked tidily, quietly, efficiently, cleaned up when he’d finished. By the end of the day I received an emailed report of work done, with photos illustrating it, and an itemized invoice: all very helpful and transparent. Very happy to recommend and will certainly use again.

William and his team are very professional and efficient. Unlike other plumbers William seems to do all the booking and organising materials/quotes, so he responses really quick. Whereas other companies we tried to contact never responded emails/voicemails etc. Although they are not the cheapest they provided a really good service and sorted out our low flow issues in our house which other plumbers could not work out. I would recommend them. They even resolved for free minor issue with an overflowing WC cistern following the installation of the thermal store. Did charge to quote originally which was a bit odd.

William spent a lot of time with us when he first came to look at the job and made the effort to explain everything in detail. This gave us a lot of confidence in him. He turned up on time to carry out the work with excellent results. We wanted the washing machine to fit into the same cupboard as the new larger water heater . Other plumbers said this was not feasible but William managed it. He was very polite and tidy and the work was excellent.
