William and team completed the work thoroughly (Gas safety, power flush and new basin waste) and also made some good recommendations in their report. Good communication and friendly service, they also started work early to fit in with our schedule. Highly recommend these guys for plumbing and gas work.

When I called William after my boiler broke, he quickly sent an engineer to have a look at my installation to give me a quote for the repair. As it was an old and a little strange installation, he came back himself to have a second look at it and gave me a detailed diagnostic of the problem, the works that needed to be carried, and a quote, patiently explaining to me all the details on the phone. As I was abroad when this happened, William really made communication easy with me, communicating via emails and phone calls as well as directly with my tenant. Therefore, it was easy to book the repair, even while not being in London myself. In order to make sure the works could be finished by the date he gave me (it was a two days job), he came two days before to install the scaffolding and prepare everything for the repair. William and his engineers explained well everything to my tenant and I, they were very courteous, on time, and left the apartment very clean after they finished the works. My new boiler works perfectly and it has been quite a relief to have these works running that smoothly as it was a little bit stressful to deal with a broken boiler from abroad. I chose Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Ltd based on the quality of the reviews I read on them online and I am very happy with the work they have done. I will keep using them from now on and would recommend them to everyone.

On Sunday, the coldest day of the year so far, one of my radiators exploded. This morning, Wednesday, engineer Ryan and apprentice Jayvian turned up at 8.30 am sharp to replace it. Super-efficient, professional, tidy and friendly, they stripped out the 30-year-old radiator and replaced it with a new one sourced by Will I AM - all before midday. Outstanding service all round matched by a very reasonable fee. Owner William has been awesome from the start. As the old expression goes, I can't rate them highly enough. Plus all work is apparently guaranteed for one year.

We had a leak from a pressure release valve on our hot water cylinder in our roof on Easter Sunday in the middle of the Covid crisis. William asked for photos or a video on WhatsApp and gave a quote and a time just 2 hours later. Turned up exactly on time, full mask, gloves and plastic overshoes. Isolated leak, opened up pipes and showed me what was wrong. 20 minutes later had done a temporary fix that will get us through until a new part comes in. Left house clean and tidy. Thoroughly impressed by professionalism, cleanliness and ability to inspire confidence by explaining what had gone wrong and why, and how it should be fixed.

I booked Will to fix a gas leak. He was able to make a next day appointment, was punctual and very professional. He took appropriate Covid precautions. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend him wholeheartedly for similar work.

We were able to see Will the day after discovering a severe leak under our bath. He was prompt, very responsive to questions beforehand, and fixed the leak quickly. We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

I just wanted to say what a great experience having William's firm do my leak investigation and repair job. He's hired tradesmen who like what they do and are good at what they do, which is great. On top of that, he's created a fantastic professional outfit (the speedy response, the notes, the pictures, etc.) which is a breath of fresh air.

I was super impressed by the speed that everything got sorted, as well as the meticulousness and care Fabio (the plumber) took when doing the job! The job was to undertake the annual service of two gas-fired domestic heating systems. As in the past the work was completed carefully, tidily, and promptly at the expected price.

I used the online form to report water flowing constantly into the cistern. Received a prompt response and they came the next day. He was efficient, friendly, and explained clearly what he was doing. I would certainly use them again.

Our washing machine would not work because suddenly hardly any water was coming through the pipe supplying it, plus what we thought was our mains stopcock under the kitchen sink had seized up. I sent on on-line query to William and within one and a quarter hours had a reply to say he could book the job in that day. Joe arrived on-site within the hour and quickly ascertained that it was the stopcock for the supply to the washing machine that had seized and was blocked. So Joe replaced that one with a lever type valve for easier usage and showed us where the mains stopcock was, which was working fine. Joe was a pleasant, energetic young man who made sure everything was working correctly and wrapped the job up within an hour, so our issue was resolved in only three hours from the initial query to William. Needless to say, we were very happy with the service from William and his team and to have the washing machine back working so quickly.

I have used will i am Plumbing & Heating a few times for substantial repair works through to boiler servicing, and would highly recommend. It has always been easy to arrange appointments and William is quickly responsive to queries and making bookings. The team who have attended the jobs have always been excellent, arriving punctually, fully equipped with everything needed for the works there and then, working courteously and considerately with minimal mess and leaving the areas tidy. They have also always explained clearly what they are going to do and what they have done and why at the start and end of the job. Reports after the job are comprehensive with detailed photographs of the work done as a record. Really do recommend highly!

Excellent service yesterday from Jake and Cameron. I needed a replacement replacement Waste Disposal unit, Jake and Cameron from Will.I.am arrived on time and replaced the unit.
