I called up Will i am Plumbing this morning and they sent a plumber round that afternoon. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it very quickly. A little bit expensive, but well worth paying that amount for the good service I received.

William spent a lot of time with us when he first came to look at the job and made the effort to explain everything in detail. This gave us a lot of confidence in him. He turned up on time to carry out the work with excellent results. We wanted the washing machine to fit into the same cupboard as the new larger water heater . Other plumbers said this was not feasible but William managed it. He was very polite and tidy and the work was excellent.

Really got lucky having Will recommended by a friend when my boiler died. Ended up needing boiler replaced, a new pump fitted, two water tanks removed, the whole heating system bled, radiator valves replaced... He and his workers were great - polite, honest, clear about the job and able to explain its complexities to a lay person, very thorough in their work, on time, and tidied up after themselves. Would go back to them for any future work and recommend them whole-heartedly.

Excellent Company! We were kept well informed of what was going on, even received images of the inspection (taken during the tests) - very professional. Felt very comfortable i.e. they came in, did the tests and did not "try" to suggest additional "remedial works". Would definitely use again for all our plumbing and heating needs for all our properties!

I was very appreciative when William worked over the weekend to do emergency gas pipe repairs at my flat. He was very professional & detailed. I also had him replace the boiler, give gas safety inspections and service the boiler. It has been 2 years since he replaced the gas pipes & boiler, and everything continues to be in good condition. I highly recommend using him!

William and his colleague came to check out our broken boiler, unfortunately there were numerous problems (which wasn't a surprise) so William recommended it be replaced. After discussions about trying to fix the old boiler vs. installation of a new one we agreed to go ahead with the replacement and I'm so glad we did. William installed the new boiler just two days after his initial visit and I was very happy with the work. I would definitely work with him again for all other gas/pluming needs in the future. Incredibly professional, prompt and tidy work.

William came to address a dripping nut in my hot water system and quickly diagnosed that replacement ball and stop-cocks were needed. He made the replacements with parts he had in his van.
