I called Will yesterday afternoon and he arranged for his guys came this morning and replaced my shower. Ryan and Yasin came this morning and did a great job. Good clean quick workers. Clear communication from William and team following servicing of old boiler and recommended replacement. Team performed a power flush of radiator system prior to boiler installation. The team installed the boiler with no issues and ensured pipework was installed in a neat and tidy way (much better than previous boiler installation). Boiler working perfectly with new thermostat installed, and William and team have shared full info about warranty/service reqs and guidance on boiler/thermostat use. Prompt and efficient follow up on deposit and invoice.

Will and his mate arrived at the beginning of the time window we had agreed, which was a good start. He was the first service technician to perform a leak test on the house gas circuit, which I was pleased to see. He asked for the documentation that I held for the boiler, and followed the manufacturer's recommended service steps, including checking that there was sufficient ventilation to the boiler room. I was impressed by their obvious competence and understanding of what was required of them. I will use them again. AG Jenkins

It is impossible to overstate how good these guys are... from the initial communications to agree and arrange the required work (Will i am), punctuality on the day, professionalism of Sean and Paul (who undertook the work), quality of their workmanship, tidiness during and on preparing to leave and finally with regard to the detail provided in the paperwork and advice for post-installation maintenance. I have never had tradesman this good before (and i am 58).

William was great throughout, helping me source the correct part for him to replace in our leaking shower unit. He didn't think he'd be able to do it at first on arrival as the supplier had failed to include the correct tool to undo the existing valve, but he found a solution and quickly had the new valve in and the whole unit sealed up and looking good as new. Clear communication throughout and always ensuring we're not incurring unnecessary costs along the way.

Continue to be extremely impressed with William and his team. This is the second time we've used them and they are now firmly our first phone call for all our plumbing needs! Always patient and helpful, taking the time to talk through the pros and cons of various options. They did all this with a smile - including having to work outside in the middle of the Beast from East! The team worked extra hard to make sure we weren't left without heat or hot water over night - for which we will be forever grateful! Can't recommend highly enough.

I was let down by 3 plumbers in a row and was getting desperate as water was dripping into the flat below. Will I Am Plumbing was able to send a plumber round on the same day that I called and Joe not only showed up exactly when he said he would (half the battle) but carried out the work quickly and faultlessly and left the place spotless. I was particularly impressed by the after care service which included a detailed description of what had been done, a number of photos showing before and after, an an itemised invoice. All in all, very impressed!

Replaced a broken stopcock in under an hour. Standard pricing for London, courteous and helpful plumber, charged a fair price for the replacement parts. Invoice with bank transfer rather than messing about with cards and cash. Would use again.
