I called up Will i am Plumbing this morning and they sent a plumber round that afternoon. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it very quickly. A little bit expensive, but well worth paying that amount for the good service I received.

William has arrived within one hour of me making a call, after 9pm on a Monday. He was efficient, polite and professional. He quickly identified the problem and went about fixing it. He already had the spare parts that were necessary for the fix in his truck. He clearly cares about delivering a high quality service. I am already planning to book him for a few other jobs. Highly recommended!

This company have now completed 3 jobs for me: Kitchen tap fitting, boiler element replacement and shower mixer tap replacement. They are friendly, explain in full detail what they are doing and why. The work is of excellent quality, they're very tidy and well presented and friendly with it. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant communication and quoting system. Guys let us know when they would be with us and talked through the repair with us patiently and expertly. Good to see an apprentice on the job as well.

William was able to give me a very quick appointment the day after calling. Joe came to fit our new kitchen tap, he was extremely professional, courteous, clean and tidy- he took his shoes off before entering the house, cleaned everything up after the job was completed, helped with other general plumbing queries and went above and beyond applying a clip for our dishwasher that was missing. I will definitely be using them again!

I had a dishwasher installed by these guys which required more than just unplugging an old machine and swapping it out given the layout of kitchen and a washing machine in between the dishwasher and the sink. They were able to give a quote quickly on WhatsApp after sending in pictures, which was handy for making a decision. The guys turned up on time and carried out the work quickly and professionally. They capped a hot water pipe which had been left open by the previous plumbers which I hadn't noticed. Overall very professional, happy to recommend and would definitely use them again for any further work.

Really happy with the work done and all interactions with the company. Phoned early in the morning and got a slot that afternoon. Text link allowed me to upload toilet photos. Plumber came early and was friendly and professional. Explained clearly what was needed and did it leaving a clean bathroom and working toilet.

Thanks to the snow and an old house, my pipes froze, the bath was not draining and the pipe from the overflow in the bath broke. I called Will.i.am for help (I had used him before, totally happily) and he came round and sorted it all out for me. What I really appreciated is that in each case he actually checked out other possible issues, rather than just dealing with the obvious issue. So good to have someone who can and will do these additional checks. In each case he sorted everything. He is professional, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend his to others.

Great communication, quick and efficient work done to a high standard, really polite workers. I have used Will i am for my annual landlord gas check and boiler service for several years now and am very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a blocked bathroom sink that no amount of drain cleaner would clear. I called Will I am and left a message. I had return call within a couple of hours and an appointment made the next day. Ryan turned up well within the time slot and thankfully it turned out to be a quick and simple job. Ryan was polite and left the area clean and gave us advice about our undersink traps before he left. The charge was cheaper than others I googled but good service is important, so no complaints here, would use again.

Carried out inspection of shower pressure was thorough, genuinely interested in solving the problem, and made sure to make the entire time that I was paying for count!

I needed a boiler service. I contacted the company off the back of the reviews on this site, received a prompt response the same day and the work was completed the next day and within the timeline provided. The engineers were efficient, meticulous and polite.

I used Which? Trusted Traders to find a plumber to investigate a variety of plumbing issues and chose Will I Am because of the good reviews. They are an extremely efficient company with a very smooth and effective booking and quoting system. William, who holds the reins, communicates very well, and very promptly, and his team arrive on time. The first visit was to assess the situation and propose solutions and that was followed up with a brief written report with photographs plus a clearly set out quote. While the work took a 1.5 days, rather than the 1 day which was quoted for, there was no additional charge. They also returned on another day to replace the bidet tap, which they had fitted in error, as it was for a high rather than a low pressure system - again there was no additional charge. They also stress that their work is guaranteed for a year, which is great to know. Many thanks to Paul, Jake and William for their patience and good humour. They are a very friendly team and I am happy to recommend them. If we have any plumbing problems in future Will I Am will be my first port of call.

William and his team are very professional and efficient. Unlike other plumbers William seems to do all the booking and organising materials/quotes, so he responses really quick. Whereas other companies we tried to contact never responded emails/voicemails etc. Although they are not the cheapest they provided a really good service and sorted out our low flow issues in our house which other plumbers could not work out. I would recommend them. They even resolved for free minor issue with an overflowing WC cistern following the installation of the thermal store. Did charge to quote originally which was a bit odd.

William came to address a dripping nut in my hot water system and quickly diagnosed that replacement ball and stop-cocks were needed. He made the replacements with parts he had in his van. He completed the job on budget and within an hour of arrival. He was very helpful and polite throughout our interaction.

My daughter had a leak in her flat and was on holiday. Will i am came to the rescue, came out the same evening and sorted out the problem. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, would use again.

Will responded to my call at short notice, he addressed my leaking stopcock and provided a friendly service also charging a reasonable price. I have further plumbing needs and will be calling on Will when I need them attending to, hence I recommend his service to others looking for a decent plumber.

William spent a lot of time with us when he first came to look at the job and made the effort to explain everything in detail. This gave us a lot of confidence in him. He turned up on time to carry out the work with excellent results. We wanted the washing machine to fit into the same cupboard as the new larger water heater . Other plumbers said this was not feasible but William managed it. He was very polite and tidy and the work was excellent.

William carried out a boiler service and gas safety certification inspection on a property I'm purchasing and was very professional and thorough in his work. I contacted him at late notice and he was able to visit the property the following day, with the report sent to me that night. Very impressed!
