From start to finish, it has been a refreshing pleasure to deal with a company providing excellent customer service. I was offered an appointment on day of contacting William, to deal with a WC overflow which meant that the toilet was permanently flushing. Terry arrived on time, and with parts needed so no second appointment needed. He explained cause of problem, works carried out, and left everything tidy and clean. Invoicing process was transparent with clear pricing and photographs of works attached. I have no hesitation in recommending, and using, Will I Am again.

When I called William after my boiler broke, he quickly sent an engineer to have a look at my installation to give me a quote for the repair. As it was an old and a little strange installation, he came back himself to have a second look at it and gave me a detailed diagnostic of the problem, the works that needed to be carried, and a quote, patiently explaining to me all the details on the phone. As I was abroad when this happened, William really made communication easy with me, communicating via emails and phone calls as well as directly with my tenant. Therefore, it was easy to book the repair, even while not being in London myself. In order to make sure the works could be finished by the date he gave me (it was a two days job), he came two days before to install the scaffolding and prepare everything for the repair. William and his engineers explained well everything to my tenant and I, they were very courteous, on time, and left the apartment very clean after they finished the works. My new boiler works perfectly and it has been quite a relief to have these works running that smoothly as it was a little bit stressful to deal with a broken boiler from abroad. I chose Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Ltd based on the quality of the reviews I read on them online and I am very happy with the work they have done. I will keep using them from now on and would recommend them to everyone.

William was able to give me a very quick appointment the day after calling. Joe came to fit our new kitchen tap, he was extremely professional, courteous, clean and tidy- he took his shoes off before entering the house, cleaned everything up after the job was completed, helped with other general plumbing queries and went above and beyond applying a clip for our dishwasher that was missing. I will definitely be using them again!

The best customer service I’ve ever had in relation to works in my flat. From first contact, to the job itself, to invoicing, everything was brilliant. I was especially impressed with the care taken before my appointment to gather as much info as possible about the problem to ensure they had the correct parts ready and I would not need a second appointment. Problem fixed within half an hour and left tidy. This is service at it’s best.
