Our very old Biasi boiler has been given a longer lease. The Central Heating engineer serviced our boiler to keep it running smoothly for a bit longer. Clear communication. Extremely professional, punctual and competent!

They changed my cistern, fitted new taps to my basin and bath, replaced the bath trap and sink trap, fitted a replacement basin and pedestal, fixed the pan to the floor and fitted a new seat. The guys were friendly and polite, the work was neat, tidy and satisfactory in every way, the price was reasonable for the job, they came promptly when I needed them and William had helpful advice that meant I didn't overspend on materials. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Great advice
I didn't have the opportunity to use the service - but I was offered excellent advice that lead me to solve my problem at low cost, and saved me from spending thousands of pounds on a new boiler installation (prematurely). William took the time to review the case, spoke to me on the phone and email, and finally offered cost effective solution which didn't involve using his services. I'm very grateful, and will use the service in the future if an opportunity arises.

I used the online form to report water flowing constantly into the cistern. Received a prompt response and they came the next day. He was efficient, friendly, and explained clearly what he was doing. I would certainly use them again.

On Sunday, the coldest day of the year so far, one of my radiators exploded. This morning, Wednesday, engineer Ryan and apprentice Jayvian turned up at 8.30 am sharp to replace it. Super-efficient, professional, tidy and friendly, they stripped out the 30-year-old radiator and replaced it with a new one sourced by Will I AM - all before midday. Outstanding service all round matched by a very reasonable fee. Owner William has been awesome from the start. As the old expression goes, I can't rate them highly enough. Plus all work is apparently guaranteed for one year.

Full service of unvented hot water cylinder

I contacted Will i am online, a simple process, asking for advice on a slight leak from the pressure relief valve on an unvented hot water cylinder. Will suggested that the cylinder be serviced and if a part was found to be faulty, he would quote. The service visit was booked quickly for the next day. Joe and Fabio turned up the next day, well on time, inspected the cylinder and made a number of recommendations, including advising on the warranty period. At the end of the visit I received a detailed report and subsequently quotations for replacement of the valve, if it was subsequently found necessary to replace it. I was very impressed with the ease of booking the appointment, the care and attention given to the service, the friendly and approachable team who carried out the work, the final report and the overall price and would warmly recommend Will i am to other Which readers.

William & his team are very kind and very professional. I asked them to do my annual boiler service & gas safety check. The way they work is clean and proper. They took photographs of each step and gave me a proper report the next day. Amazing service!

Moving into a new house and needed an old gas boiler servicing. Will-I-Am were really quick to set up an appointment and responsive to questions. Tom called ahead of arriving (early!), did a great job explaining what the service entailed and ensured all our radiators were working before leaving. Payment after the appointment via bank transfer very easy. Would happily recommend and use Will-I-Am again. Thank you for the great service!
