We were able to see Will the day after discovering a severe leak under our bath. He was prompt, very responsive to questions beforehand, and fixed the leak quickly. We were struck by how efficient and mindful of the cost of his time he was, and also by how clearly he set out what he was doing, and consulted us where appropriate. He made a point of making sure any questions we had were answered, and gave us detailed advice on post-repair actions to mitigate leak damage and follow-up issues. He followed his visit with a detailed email setting out what he'd found and repaired, complete with photos. Highly recommended.

I emailed Will I Am to replace and fit bathroom pump. I had an immediate reply requesting photos. By return a Detailed quote was given and the work was done the following day. The engineer was on time, and as during Coronavirus concerns, wore a mask, gloves and plastic overshoes. I was impressed with the professional service and how promptly the work was done the engineer was courteous, helpful, efficient and left everything tidy.

I can’t fault William’s professional and efficient service. There was brown water leaking from our boiler. Using the online form I sent a message and images to William. He called me back promptly and arranged a visit for the next day. He soon established the problem was a leaving diverter valve. The following day he returned to fit a new valve. The system was isolated, flushed and fully tested. All is fine again now. Good rates and highly recommended.

I called 'will I am' after my boiler broke down last Friday. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out due to the current Covid-19 situation. An engineer was on site within a few hours, masked and gloved, and he had us back up and running again. It was explained to me that a new fan was needed, and within an hour I was provided with a written report and quote for replacing the fan and another job I requested a quote for. William himself fitted the fan and bath tap, explaining everything he was doing. Excellent service thanks!

We had a leak from a pressure release valve on our hot water cylinder in our roof on Easter Sunday in the middle of the Covid crisis. William asked for photos or a video on WhatsApp and gave a quote and a time just 2 hours later. Turned up exactly on time, full mask, gloves and plastic overshoes. Isolated leak, opened up pipes and showed me what was wrong. 20 minutes later had done a temporary fix that will get us through until a new part comes in. Left house clean and tidy. Thoroughly impressed by professionalism, cleanliness and ability to inspire confidence by explaining what had gone wrong and why, and how it should be fixed.

I emailed Will I Am regarding a leaking tap, and had a response within an hour, offering to order a tap that evening and he was able to pop round the next day. The work took no time at all and he was extremely diligent and tidy. I've used him before and would always go to him first for any plumbing help. Thanks!

I have used Will I Am on a few occasions now; to install a new boiler, supply a gas safety certificate and replace a shower cartridge. They offer competitive pricing and the service is always fantastic. All of the engineers are reliable and punctual and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
