Mark visited my property to provide a quote to fix a variety of small electrical issues the day I called him and he purchased the materials and installed the items the next day. Mark is friendly and punctual and provided good advice on the options and costs involved in doing the work; some additional problems were identified on the day but solutions were found very quickly. Overall Mark provided a very efficient and effective service which is definitely good value for money: his detailed itemization and estimation of costs proved very accurate. I will definitely use Mark again and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Mark was recommended to us by our daughter. We called him in as we had a few issues with the electrical work which had been undertaken when we had a new bathroom fitted. We needed him to install a replacement infrared fire, and a new isolating switch. In addition, we wanted to reposition a double socket, and change the cable run in the room. He reset the bathroom fan which has adjustments for both Timer and Humidity, and we will in our own time fine tune the settings. He arrived on time, and worked consistently during the time he was here. Like a true professional, he did not pass comment on the quality of the work our previous electrician had exhibited. I would have no hesitation in using Marks's services again.

I contacted Mark via Trusted Traders as he had excellent reviews and top rated. He has certainly lived up to his standards and ratings. I needed electrical wiring to be made safe, replacement double socket plug, down lighters and a general thumbs up to the electrics. Mark came to assess the job and then returned to do all the work on Tuesday 7th March. He arrived nice and early on Tuesday 7th March, and spent the whole day dealing with all the issues, Only stopping for a quick cuppa. His workmanship second to none and obviously knew his stuff. We asked Mark to do a variety of electrical jobs - repositioning kitchen lights, fitting outdoor lights, adding a power point etc, some of which required further investigation. He completed these diligently and methodically and we have been really pleased with the work. He also popped back at short notice to fix another light switch. We found him very obliging and a pleasure to deal with, and will certainly be using Mark in future.

We needed some sockets removing and cabling rerouting to accomodate our new kitchen, along with some new downlights. Mark was very professional throughout in his approach to the work and his communication was excellent. He also indentified some previous poor installation and corrected it. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Mark rearranged our main bedroom electrical sockets and changed bathroom light fittings. He has a well-deserved high reputation and is much in demand, so it was no surprise that he had to schedule the work to a fortnight after his initial visit at which he inspected the requirement and agreed the budget. True to his word, he arrived punctually, fully prepared and completed the work in good time to a high standard, including carefully making good the necessary channelling work. He also volunteered to put right the fixing of the main bedroom central light - a long-standing minor irritant which he corrected quickly. Mark is highly professional and personable; a good listener and communicator; it's a pleasure to have him in our home.

Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. He has been twice - to remove spotlights from the kitchen ceiling, in order that it could be re-plastered, and then returned to fit new lights as well as replacing electrical sockets. It was a sheer delight having such professional work. Mark come in the following day, perfectly on time. Took plenty of time and patience in examining the work needed. Williams Electrics were fantastic. My oven recently stopped working and I contacted him for help. He had helped us with the same problem 4 years ago. He replied straight away and booked me in for his earliest slot (which was very quick - a day or 2 later). He came to assess the oven and thoroughly checked it over. Straight after leaving, he kindly went out of his way to find the part we needed. I was very pleasantly surprised when he called back to say he could fit it promptly that afternoon. Within an hour and a half, he had assessed the oven, bought a new part and come back to fit it. Very efficient, reliable, professional, friendly and skilled man. And extremely reasonable price. Mark attended to install some outdoor sockets in the garden and a light and double socket in my attic. All work completed to first class quality and everything left as it was found from a tidiness point of view. Will 100% use Mark again if/when the need arises

Mark arrived on time, on the agreed day. He replaced ceiling lights, sorted sockets and TV faceplates. All jobs were completed efficiently in a clean and tidy manner. Very amenable and would definitely use him again.

Mark Williams came having been recommended by our daughter. Attended within a couple of days, courteous and efficient. The work, in our garden room, involved relocating trunking on socket and lighting circuit and adding an extra socket. He also repaired a faulty light switch. He is to return to install a light in our roof space. Mark's charges are very reasonable.

He also made me aware that some work other electricians were quoting me for was not actually necessary which helped to keep the cost down. He communicates clearly on availability and when he will arrive, as well as explaining the detail of the work and any issues to provide an understanding of what has been done. Work involved checking/replacing a double socket, three security lights, cloakroom light and fan. Mark kept to the agreed schedule, texting in advance when he was unavoidably delayed for an hour. Work was completed to time and within estimated cost. Mark visited in advance to check requirements, advising on different possible solutions. He was very professional throughout whilst being friendly, courteous and keeping to the task. He ensured we were happy with the work, clearly explained the operation of the equipment, and assured me he would be available if we wished to make any changes.
