Mark and apprentice Michael carried out work on our central heating system This included a cleanse of the system, installing a magnetic filter and replacing a radiator Both had excellent communication, were punctual, respectful and professional. Mark was very patient and communicated with me before and after the job. Will certainly use this company in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This is the annual service to our central heating boiler which Willis West fitted in 2017 and has serviced each year since. As usual a prompt reminder and flexible appointment. A punctual, friendly and efficient operation. Excellent.

I’ve found Mark of Willis West Plumbing & Heating to be someone you can rely on. He responds to phone and email messages in good time and does what he says he’s going to. He’s been very helpful with issues I’ve had in my property, willing to find a fix to trickier problems. Other tradesmen I’d spoken to were reluctant to take on a piece of work I needed done but Mark was able to come up with a solution and carry it out. Doing the job, he kept in mind the end result I was hoping to achieve and did this while keeping disruption to a minimum. The job required other tradesmen and Mark organised this too. I’ve been very happy with the support I’ve received from Mark and would continue to look to him in future.

Excellent service offered by Mark and his colleague. Mark was quick to answer my email messages and very professional. I had my boiler serviced and Mark also took time to check a leaking radiator. Very happy with the service provided and will definitely be using Willis-West Ltd again.

Mark has provided a superb service. It was a long and complicated job - the old boiler needed changing along with the gas supply pipes, and the piping to the radiators. He also did a thorough check of the existing radiators. He removed all bathroom fittings so tiling work could be done, then reinstalled them, solving a problem with the position of the toilet cistern in the process. He also put in a new gas hob, kitchen sink and taps, and resolved a problem with the position of some of the kitchen piping. He installed new plumbing for a washing machine where there was none before. Mark has been reliable and flexible throughout, happy to co-ordinate his work with other tradesmen throughout the process. He's also been happy to accommodate changes to the original plan along the way. Where a small leak occurred into the downstairs flat, due to the old plumbing being replaced, he was proactive and quickly resolved the issue, communicating with all concerned and ensuring the problem was resolved. He's provided helpful advice along the way and his communication's been very good. I've been away for parts of this work and knowing I can rely on him has made a big difference. I'll be using his services again in the future.

We had to upgrade our very old boiler in our flat so got in touch with Mark at Willis West to install a new one. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work done and the friendly service provided by Mark. An expert in his trade, always booked up (if your tradesman offers every available slot in the week then I'd be concerned!) and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Willis West carried out an annual boiler service for me. Quick response to my initial enquiry for a quote and managed to fit in the job when it suited me. Arrived on time, carried out the work without hassle and once complete, he explained what he had done and the recommendations. The gas safety certificate was sent through promptly and payment online was quick and easy. Really happy with the service, will be using again in future and would recommend.

Mark went above and beyond to ensure the work carried out was to a high standard, and even went further to fix problems that previous workers had left when installing the kitchen. I will continue to use Mark's services down the line if it is ever needed.

This is the first time for Mark to service our gas boiler. He arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and courteously and gave us helpful advice about a gas fire and a radiator problem.
