We had to have our previous boiler replaced in October last year. We’d had a few other quotes, but felt that the quote we received from Willis West was very clear and honest in terms of what we did and didn’t need. Following the quote, the communication was good and Mark managed to fit us in before his holiday. Mark and Kenny were both very polite, taking their shoes off while in the house and making sure to thoroughly clean up as they were working. After the boiler was installed, Mark took time talking me through the controls etc and offered to return in an evening if the radiators needed bled. We’re very happy with the Worcester Bosch boiler, we’ve had no problems in the 5 months or so since it was fitted. We will definitely be having Willis West back again to perform the annual service.

When we needed a new boiler, Mark came highly recommended from a friend and didn't disappoint. He was was easy to contact, happy to walk us through all the options our flat could accommodate, gave us a great price and did a fantastic job on the installation. I came across Mark and his firm via Which? Trusted Traders and in my opinion all of the complimentary reviews that he has received are well deserved. Mark was quick to make an appointment to deal with a problem with my central heating boiler. His work was carried out in a prompt and very professional manner. He is a very pleasant character who explains clearly what requires to be done. He is a tidy worker and even takes his shoes off indoors! I have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential customer.

Mark has been servicing our appliances for some years now, as well as undertaking a major repair on a previous occasion. He keeps us right as to when a service is required and appears promptly and gets on with the jobs in hand, making no mess and working very efficiently. He's always pleasant and able to explain any issues that might crop up (none this time, I'm glad to say!). I'm very happy to recommend Mark for regular servicing and any CH boiler repairs.

I am very happy with the work carried out by Mark Willis of Willis-West and the excellent customer service provided. He sets his standards high and works hard to achieve these. He is friendly, helpful, punctual, explains things clearly and is keen to know that his customers are happy. What more could be asked for? There were a number of problems, including an old boiler which was "kettling". By clearing out the radiators of sludge, the central heating system is working again. He fitted a filter to help prevent this from happening again. Thank you very much indeed, Mark. I like that he was giving a trainee a positive opportunity to learn, providing him with clear explanations and checking in with him, so that both were confident in the work. The trainee appreciated the opportunities to learn and was setting himself high standards too. I would highly recommend Mark Willis, without hesitation.

Mark has installed boilers for me and my brother and my parents. In total he has installed 3 new boilers in different accommodations for my family and we are all delighted with his work. Mark from Willis-West has now undertaken 2 annual services of our CHB and a gas fire. Most recently he attended promptly when a fault in the CHB developed, correctly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to make a successful repair. He has also advised on gas appliance safety with the result that we have fitted a CO alarm. On all occasions we have been very impressed with Mark's workmanship and professionalism.
