I Have used Willmonts on many occasions. This time was to replace my back door. This was a complicated project because we were having to try and match up the original with new oak door. Liam persevered over several weeks to ensure we had the right door. This included replacing all the furniture and the glass decoration. Once fitted the colour of the door had to be matched the other back door and the main gates. They did an excellent job.

New snug room at front of bungalow including fireplace and bay window. Brick and block construction to tie in with existing brick exterior. Wooden floor finish to continue same flooring in the rest of the property. Existing apex roof with slate finish was extended to accommodate the new room. Willmont Building Services are a local high quality builder who provide a professional and friendly service. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive builders but they do provide an excellent value for money service. I can highly recommend them.

A rear extension consisting of two rooms was built. One room was designed as a garden room. The other was an extension to our existing dining room. The work consisted of building, roofing, plumbing, electrical work and decorating. During the contract we expanded the project to include the removal of a chimeny breast in our lounge and also external work to replace the garden patio.

I have dealt with Sean Willmont for 6 years since I moved into my new house. Since then he has been my go-to person for every issue be it interior decorating, exterior decorating, renovation, and general maintenance. His service is quite outstanding, the quality of his people is excellent and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. A joy to work with and I trust him 100%

Had wooden gravel boards replaced with concrete ones. Work was completed within two days and I was very happy with the finished job of work.

I had a total reburbishment of an old fashioned 1970 terraced house. A whole team with different skills were sent by Willmonts to complete the project with Mick as the project manager on site. Each room had extensive work to be done. An Interior wall removed, a new designed Kitchen installed. A new bathroom designed with shower cubicle. Electrics updated throughout. A combi boiler and radiators installed. A wall of cupboards in two bedrooms and a wall of shelves/bookcase in sitting room designed and fitted All windows were replaced as well as all interior doors. Then the whole house decorated throughout with carpets and flooring all completed on time for our removal date. Each and every one of the team worked together to make the whole experience a total joy for me and to turn an ordinary house into a dream home. I can't thank Willmonts enough and especially Mick.

I have used Willmont Building Services Ltd for at least 10 years in my previous property and now in my current home, a cottage which is over 200 years old. In my previous property they did numerous jobs from replacing an entire bathroom to redecorating a lot of the house. They levelled out part of the garden and built a brick/flint wall. There were numerous plumbing issues which I had inherited from the previous owners. In my current cottage (purchased June 2024) they have re-rendered a wall, installed a new fuse box, carried out some electrical work, redecorated, built and installed shelving units and cupboards and sorted out plumbing issues. The latest job involved the roof of my cottage which had to be redone as only half of it was felted and it had nail and baton rot. Each and every job has been carried out superbly. Everyone was always on time at the start of the day and at the end of each day they cleaned and tidied up the area they were working in. I am and always have been totally satisfied with all the work they have carried out. In my book the fact that I have used them and nobody else for so long speaks volumes. They are honest, trustworthy, reliable and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
