I received first class service from everybody at Wilson Windows from the minute I picked up the phone to contact them. I was most impressed by the fitters who replaced the windows. Arrived promptly at 8am and worked, without even a lunch break, until 4.30pm. Highly recommended!!

We had initially assumed that a small family run trader would be more expensive than a larger company. With Wilson Windows this was not the case. There was a prompt quote left with us - no hard sell. I am absolutely delighted with my double glazed windows, fitted by experienced specialists. With older property there was always going to be problems, there certainly was, these were dealt with in a very professional manner. When it came to fitting the door, Karl made light of the problems and did a fantastic job. Passers by commented on the transformation and a job well done. Just had 6 windows fitted, Wilsons use the new REHAU profile which leaved No rubber visible outside, also I belive they are stronger. Work was carried out over three days,by Carl the fitter and the finished work is very pleasing. The units were a new type of superseal with a grey spacer,between the panes not the traditional perforated aluminiumtype - I also used Wilsons/Rehau windows some 15 years ago and the windows are still as good as new.

I wanted to preserve my lovely Edwardian Bay Window, but keep the cold out. So I wanted Secondary glazing. Dale Wilson put a great deal of time & effort into finding me the right system and making sure it fitted perfectly. I'm very happy with the result. Not cheap, but half the "market leader's" quote!

Wilson replaced all the windows in our house in 2008. They were very quick, efficient, tidy and did an excellent quality job. When the window cleaners broke one of the crossbars this year they helped me fix it at no charge.
