This was our third occasion to use Wilson Windows Ltd - we believe in using local, trusted businesses wherever possible who give customer satisfaction - once again they promoted knowledge and professionalism; from quotation, survey to fitting. Our choices were a little different but thanks to Callum's understanding, they work very well and look great, we are particularly impressed by the fit of the stable door - thanks to Rob and Brooke on installation (on a very hot day) who were respectful, professional at all times; it was refreshing to see the teamwork and support of an apprentice - good ambassadors for Wilson Windows Ltd. Clarity of quotation, fitting and payment make this company highly recommended by us.

I would like to thank Wilson Windows, for the Fantastic job they have done, we had 4 windows replaced and a back & front door replacement, I can’t fault them... from start to finish, the level of customer service we have received, has been excellent throughout! I can highly recommend this company for a number of reasons. Following my initial telephone enquiry, their representative arrived exactly on time at my house for the appointment. He was smart, polite and well informed and quickly and simply explained all the options and relative costs. A detailed quote arrived by email some 4 hours later. The boss came over a few days later to confirm all measurements. As regards the fitting and the fitters, I can say that every aspect, from their prompt arrival, their cleanliness, their cheerful and efficient completion well within the stated time, left me with nothing but respect and high regard for this company - family run. A job well done.

Excellent service from initial contact, survey and actual work being carried out. The 2 fitters were very good and carried out the work in a very professional manner. They were both considerate and both worked very well together. They did come across a problem while fitting replacement glass in the windows but they would not be beaten and managed to get the job done. All work carried out to the quote. I am very happy with Wilson Windows and would certainly recommend them.

I was 'agnostic' about having new windows. We needed them for certain, but just feels like such a big expense for something you don't really notice. I was so wrong. The aluminium windows are fantastic, the front door is a beautiful beast and they have transformed the appearance of our house. Not only do they look so much better than the leaded UPVC they replaced, I could immediately feel the difference in the house as the drafts have gone. I don't think I realised how leaky our house was until now. All of the team are helpful and friendly and offered lots of advice when we were deciding on the type to have. The fitters, in particular, were a pleasure to have around and were meticulous in their attention to detail. Not a scrap of mess left and the inevitable damage was made good. I would - and already have - recommend Wilson Windows without hesitation.

Thanks to Dale, Callum and office staff for their advice and help, and to the fitters for their great workmanship and absolutely meticulous preparation before fitting and tidying up afterwards. The window itself is very well made and fitted and its slide and tilt facility is really useful for cleaning. I would definitely recommend Wilson Windows for their professionalism throughout.
