Decided we needed a porch to complete some work just done on the house at the back. This Company, Wilson Windows, were mentioned in conversation and from the first point of contact everything has been as I would expect, even better, probably. They were on time for appointments, communication was good, and on the day of the fitting they were on time and worked steadily even though the weather was not pleasant. The finish was as we wanted, and following this we would have no hesitation to recommend the Company to anyone needing this type of service.

Wilsons Windows arrived on time to fit a new front door and adjoining window to downstairs toilet. A very friendly polite couple of workers arrived on the date agreed upon and completed the job in a morning. I am very pleased with the beautiful finish to both the door and the window. It looks exactly as I hoped it would. I'm so pleased in fact I shall be calling them back to replace another window as soon as possible. The person who came to give me a quote and inform me of what would be done was very caring and helpful and came across as someone who cared about you as a person. A friendly company who care about the service they give the customer. Thank you.

We had every window replaced plus new patio doors - just normal white UPVC - and the quality is excellent. Everyone we encountered at Wilsons, from the lady on reception (sorry I didn't get her name), Dale and Callum who did the measuring and quoting through to Carl and Jay who did a fabulous (and tidy!) job of fitting, was faultless. Wilson's were recommended to me by a friend (thanks Cathy!) and I would not hesitate to do the same. Top job, well done all :)

I am delighted with my new windows. Throughout the process, from the initial phone call to the final fitting, I have received a first-class service. All staff have been kind and courteous, and able to answer my questions and give me reassurance. They fitted my new windows in a professional manner and I will definitely use them again in the future. I can highly recommend Wilson Windows. They do a great job.

We wanted our wooden side door relacing as you could see daylight around the gaps. We got a few quotes for the side and back door and did go with the cheapest I'm afraid. Big mistake. They fitted the back but told us a few weeks down the line that they couldn't supply the side door as it was an odd size. The back door looked cheap and shoddily fitted. So we asked Wilsons if they could fit the side door. They were a dream to work with. Prompt. Even though it was a bit of a pig to fit, Carl did a fantastic job and went beyond to finish it to a fantastic standard. we even got a call the next day to ask if they could pop back to put some finishing touched to the trim. Tbh we couldn't see anywhere that needed extra trim, but apparently he'd not put screw caps on the screws inside the door frame. All in all the extra bit of money we spent was well worth it for the fantastic door and fitting we received. I highly recommend.

Both Patio doors were delivered and fitted neatly. Price for fitting and taking the old doors away as quoted. Site was left clean and tidy. Both doors are good quality and the price was less than I expected. I have used Wilson Windows previously at my old house and would highly recommend to anyone else.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the variety of options from Wilsons Windows Ltd. The Quality of the windows looks good (steel reinforced),and Argon gassed as standard. windows and service / fitting was brilliant. Very clean and Tidy fitter. competitive price.
