Richard was very professional when I phoned him and we agreed a date and time to visit. He arrived on time, van was clean and well sign written. He was polite and well presented, he clearly knew exactly how to fix the problem and (he took his shoes off) when entering the house. He removed the window and promptly replaced the mechanism. Very impressed.
