We used the Window Repair Centre in Alsager in relation to the renovation of our 70's bungalow. We had new windows at the front of the house along with a front door in modern contemporary black. At the back further were windows replaced along with the installation of Bi-folding doors. The service was excellent from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were all professional and well-mannered and made no mess. The company is a family business and pride itself on offering a quality service at a competitive price. I would recommend the Window Repair Centre to anyone looking for replacement doors and windows in the Cheshire or Staffordshire area.

This is the second time that we have used the Window Repair Centre. They are polite, helpful and do what they say they are going to do. Very quick process from start to finish. Friendly and professional fitters. We had a slight problem in that one of the new panes cracked during installation but this was fixed on the following day. I am very happy with the window installation.

I have used the Window Repair Centre for the past few years, to replace blown sealed units and repair and replace two window mechanisms. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, are tidy workers too. Using this service has saved us a fortune. Our 22 year old window frames are in good condition so just keeping up with maintenance will ensure we don’t need to replace them any time soon.

An old Velux roof window required replacement glass. This company provided a very efficient service from beginning to end, their representatives and fitters arrived on time, and were both friendly and professional. Since our previous supplier retired we have used the Window Repair Centre for all our window requirements and have found them to be excellent in terms of the work carried out, their customer service and their reasonable charges. On this occasion we had two windows repaired as the seals had broken. We have previously had a new conservatory roof fitted and several other sealed units repaired. All the work done has been of a very high standard. The fitters are friendly and efficient and we would not hesitate in recommending them. We were contacted as promised at every stage and the work was completed very quickly.

From the beginning to the end this company are very friendly and professional. The lady on the phone and the guys who measured and especially the fitters were so lovely and polite. I can not recommend them enough. Very pleased with their work. Asking if they should take off their shoes and the chap who measured said he’d come to make my home look nice and not leave me a mess so he insisted on taking his shoes off. It is so lovely to meet such nice people in the world how it is today. Really recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else
