I had a new window fitted after having a hole cut for it. The team turned up as planned and did an excellent job. All debris was removed and the area left tidy. Minimal mess in the house. Every interaction with the Window Repair Centre was pleasant and our few tweaks was accepted without fuss. This is the third time we have used them and have never been disappointed. Would definitely use again.

The Window Repair Centre were in my opinion one of the best companies we have used for work on our house. From the initial call, we knew we were in safe hands. The office staff are helpful, the chap who came to do the initial survey was honest and filled us with confidence. The quote was provided on the same day and was very competitive considering the poor access to our garden. The work on replacement of our conservatory roof was started and completed on schedule. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys. We will definitely by using them again. A***

The hinge broke on my window. Many window companies do not want to complete small jobs so I was really happy when I found Window Repair Centre. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, from the ladies on the phone, to the man that came and gave me a quote, to the workmen who fixed the problem. Everyone who came to the house insisted on taking off their shoes, despite me saying it wasn’t necessary. Very respectful and tidy, cleaning up after themselves when the work was finished. They explained the problem and what they were going to do to fix it and also gave me some too tips on how to maintain my windows. Really impressed and pleased. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs windows or window repairs. Am very happy.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company to replace sealed units. This time they replaced 6 units. Each unit has a Georgian bar within the unit and so required the bars being removed from the old units first. Each appointment was kept on time and the work was carried out speedily and with the minimum mess. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

(1 week from start to finish) All the fitters/plasterers/electrician were very polite, hardworking and excellent at their job. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. All work was completed in less than three weeks from initial quotation, measuring and installation. The two young fitters arrived on time, installed eleven new windows, two new handles c/w locking mechanism and a new front door letter box all as agreed in the quotation. Both were very polite and friendly, cleaning up any debris they made as they worked. We are very pleased with the standard of all the work carried out and will certainly use this company again.

Needed to have hinges replaced on plastic double glazed window. Initial visit to identify the problem and cost then scheduled later visit for the actual repair. All visit times agreed and adhered to which was excellent news and price as agreed. Work done correctly and tested. The repair person even cleaned up the window and minor drilling dust.
