Magnificent job done.
I was losing heat through my window not shutting, and costing me money. The gentleman who came of which I found out to be the owner later, was friendly, polite and curtious, definitely knew his trade. He replaced the handle and the hinges, which my landlord had put in wrongly, the job was done quickly and the price was cheap, and the new replacements are of good quality with a guarantee. Also, the Appointment was set up quickly, Which I find very important. Now, I do not have draughts coming through the window sides. Saving me money, If ever I have a problem with my windows again I will be phoning windows repair magician. I highly recommend this trader, even Tracey one of the staff from the office, was polite and helpful, and friendly. Thankyou.

Gary and his team did a fantastic job on my windows. I had big panes replaced, hinges mended and all the handles changed and it really looks like I have had entirely new windows fitted but at a fraction of the cost. In addition, the service was prompt and efficient throughout. I received a detailed outline of costs before the job was done which matched exactly on the final invoice. Shoes were taken off whilst in the house and there was literally no mess at all. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We are thrilled with our Window Repair Magician experience and would highly recommend! We had UPVC windows that were cold and drafty, now after replacing the glass for large bay windows and patio doors, as well as replacing some broken handles and shelves - our house has been transformed from an ice box to a warm welcoming space. The difference has been incredible and for a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire windows which were in good condition and a waste of resources to just throw away. Guests have even commented how much warmer our house is, so it's made a life-changing experience and the team are so friendly an professional. Window Repair Magician are the 5 star gold standard.

This is the third time I have used Window Magician. From the quote to the final installation which was completed very quickly with very little disruption. Shaun Mark and Tom treated my home with respect and were very helpful. When it was found I had a problem with navigating the new door which is high security, Gary the owner came out immediately - excellent customer service and good aftercare which is so important. Tracey,Lauren and Zoe in the office were also very helpful, cheerful and gave good service with a smile. I thoroughly recommend this company as it is all about being helpful and giving good customer service.

This is the 3rd time I've used Window Repair Magician and will be using them again to replace the front and back doors. Gary is very honest, trustworthy and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend him. The latest job involved Gary and his team to put in new windows in the bathroom and bedroom. We are very delighted with the quality of windows and workmanship. It has totally transformed the bathroom as the finish around the edges was top quality. They went to the extra mile to fix the wall below the window cill along with a new cill as part of customer service. I am so thrilled with the finished look. Another reason why I would go back to Gary again is the quality of customer service and communication, he would never pressurise you with hard sell and his quotes are very reasonable.

Gary and his team arrived on time and immediately began offloading the windows etc. We were having 12 double glazed sealed units replaced and they worked exceptionally well as a team. They were extremely tidy and cleaned up as they went, and still found time for a chat as they worked. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Window Repair Magician. They completed the work in two hours which was the time they stipulated from the outset.

Gary was very efficient and a good timekeeper. He sorted and re hung my back door as it was not locking properly. He changed the locking window handle on my kitchen window, and put new hinges on my bathroom window. I have a 10 year guarantee for the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to call on him in the future.

We had several UPVC windows with bad condensation which we wanted to replace. This company were very helpful. They responded swiftly when I enquired, kept the appointment times they agreed and were polite and helpful. The work was carried out without any problems by friendly courteous men who wore face masks indoors as required. The windows now look like new and the cost was very reasonable. I would gladly recommend them.

This company came to our house in early November to quote for works we required doing. These were to install a new sliding double glazed patio door, replace 2 large double glazed panels (which had blown) in the conservatory. Replace bottom panel in kitchen door and replace new handle lock and new brackets on kitchen window. Very prompt service and happy with the price quoted. All works carried out on 15 December. Could not believe how quickly the works were completed, within 2 hours of them arriving!!! Very professional guys, once the works were completed, they cleaned up afterwards and took away old door, frames etc. Couldn’t fault them. Marvellous, prompt service from start to finish. Would most definitely recommend this company.

I needed a number of small repairs to my double glazed doors - seal renewal; easing of patio doors & replacement of letterbox. I received a quick response to my inquiry. The work was done efficiently and on quote. When an unforeseen problem occurred with the size of the letterbox, I was told immediately, and the work was completed the next day. As my old colour was no longer available, I was given the option of changing my door handle to the new colour - no pressure for this - with quote. I'm very pleased I had this done.

Garry first visited to assess the work and hinges required on 23rd Jan. They gave a quote and an interim installation date. This installation date was delayed due to the difficulty in obtaining the special hinges. As soon as the hinges were available on 13th Feb. we agreed an installation date of 18th Feb. On the day Garry, with his mate, arrived at the agreed time and fitted the upgraded hinges. Both Garry and his mate were very courteous and professional in making the updated hinges fit the existing door features.

Really pleased with the work done, kitchen window repaired and two panels in conservatory roof replaced which had roof lights which were leaking badly, Arrived 10 minutes before the agreed time of 8.00am and were finished by just gone 9.00am. Very polite and efficient, left no mess whatsoever and were a real pleasure to deal with. Very impressed and would definitely recommend and would use again.
