Due to his extensive experience and expertise he has a vast knowledge of the products, meaning there is practically no problem we cannot overcome. Gary fixed several windows inc handles, locks and hinges as well as replacing glass with motifs for plain glass. Gary is a lovely, approachable person, he's genuine and will only recommend repairs that actually need doing. I would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him as I trust him.

I had a visit firstly for a quote to fix the window that was not closing fully. Quote was emailed same day and was easy to understand. I booked the job in for a new hinge and on the day it was done quickly and no mess was left behind. I was able to pay by card in my own home, no hassle of having the correct cash. No more drafts leaking through the window, great job.

We had a blown double glazing seal replaced on a patio door and a replacement window fitted. This work was carried out very efficiently. They came promptly and were very professional and all was left clean and tidy. It is also excellent value for money. Booking the work was also very easy and quick and it was particularly helpful that you could speak to someone to organised it all. This is the second time we have used the Window Magician and we are not disappointed. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.
