Window Revive replaced two sets of French doors and two windows, and repaired various other units for us in May 2023. The survey and installation took place as scheduled and the installation team were courteous, efficient and tidy. This was a good experience with a highly competent contractor in an industry that doesn't enjoy the best reputation.

We have used Window Revive a number of times in the past year. Shaun was recommended to us by my parents who gave him a glowing reference. When it came time to change our front door and garage door we knew there was only one company we wanted to use. Shaun gave us sound advice regarding the type of front door we needed, as well as the aesthetics and practical considerations. When it came to discussing the garage door he was extremely knowledgeable about the pro’s and cons of the different options. We finally decided on an electric garage door which, just as Shaun said it would, has improved the warmth of the bedroom above the garage. This week we’ve had problems with our conservatory roof and with heavy rain forecast we called Shaun for his advice. He was happy to pop round that evening and was able to fix the problem quickly. We know our conservatory roof is on it’s last legs but at no point did Shaun pressurise us into a costly replacement. However, when the time comes to replace the roof it will be Window Revive who we call upon to do the work. The guys who work for Shaun are friendly, polite and always arrive when they say they will. When we encountered a small problem with the garage door due to manufacturer error they sorted it quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask for?

From the first meeting with Window Revive - Shaun, I was impressed with his product knowledge, attention to detail and his patience with the time spent with us to ensure we were one hundred percent happy with our decision. The quality of the product is extremely smart, we opted for flush casements which look fabulous. They replaced all our windows, a mixture of designs, including bifold patio doors, integrated blinds and three arched feature windows, all at a very competitive price. We approached Window Revive on the personal recommendation of a neighbour and were very pleased with the job from quotation to completion. The fitters worked very efficiently and cheerfully, with the proprietor calling from time to time to see how things were going . The work was commenced within the time frame given at the time of the original quotation and although two unexpected issues arose during the course of the work, these were resolved without any worries for us and without delay. We had all our windows, patio doors & a new front door fitted by Shaun & his team, they were really nice blokes friendly tidy & perfectionists the standard of the work they have done is outstanding the price for the work we had done was extremely good & there are no hidden costs the price we were quoted was the price we paid, I would recommend them you won't find a firm better than this one.

Shaun and the guys at window revive did a great job on replacing our single glazed sash bay windows. The new double glazed ones look the part and match the style of the house perfectly.
