We had a few quotes from different companies and Window Revive beat the lot. So we were a bit sceptical - but had no need to worry - top quality windows, expert advice, great fitting service and value for money . Would DEFINITELY recommend this company. Shaun and the guys fitting the windows were great!

Window Revive have just finished fitting new windows together with front, back and garage doors for me. From start to finish Shaun and his team were professional, hardworking, friendly and thoroughly deserving of the Which? Endorsement. Workmanship was excellent and problems, of which there were one or two, were solved with good humour. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was finished within the time quoted. My house looks much improved. All in all a stress free experience and at a good price too! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Window Revive.

We recently had two sets of bifold doors and some servicing repairs to an existing conservatory. We had great advice on the options available and a quote was produced quickly describing our work and materials in detail. The order process was simple and the lead time was mainly due to the manufacture of the doors. On delivery of the materials we were offered a suitable installation date which was honoured in full. The team arrived to the second at 0900 Monday morning as promised and the job was finished the next day as predicted. The fitting team were very professional and tidy in their work, they sought to undertake the job with the minimum disruption to the household. The Fitting was of a high standard and the site was cleaned and all rubbish taken away without fuss. We are delighted with our doors and cannot recommend Window revive enough. If you want a reputable local company in Shrewsbury and Shropshire look no further.

I contacted Window revive on the recommendation of a friend to replace the conservatory roof and some windows. Shaun's communications were excellent and he gave me sound advice on what was required to complete the job. He visited the property a number of times to measure up and check what was required to complete the work. The team arrived on the date given and even with the compilations that they encountered completed the work to a very high standard on the timescale given. Window Revive replaced two sets of French doors and two windows, and repaired various other units for us in May 2023. We had invited quotes from three companies and selected Window Revive for: their Which? Trusted Trader status; the quality of their product; their insurance-backed 10-year guarantee; their competitive pricing; and not least, the expertise, professionalism and courtesy shown by the proprietor, Shaun Bradley. The survey and installation took place as scheduled and the installation team were courteous, efficient and tidy. This was a good experience with a highly competent contractor in an industry that doesn't enjoy the best reputation.

I have had roofline, dry verge, guttering and cladding work carried out by Window Revive. The knowledgeable advice, workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have used Window Revive a number of times in the past year. Shaun was recommended to us by my parents who gave him a glowing reference. When it came time to change our front door and garage door we knew there was only one company we wanted to use. Shaun gave us sound advice regarding the type of front door we needed, as well as the aesthetics and practical considerations. When it came to discussing the garage door he was extremely knowledgeable about the pro’s and cons of the different options. We finally decided on an electric garage door which, just as Shaun said it would, has improved the warmth of the bedroom above the garage. This week we’ve had problems with our conservatory roof and with heavy rain forecast we called Shaun for his advice. He was happy to pop round that evening and was able to fix the problem quickly. We know our conservatory roof is on it’s last legs but at no point did Shaun pressurise us into a costly replacement. However, when the time comes to replace the roof it will be Window Revive who we call upon to do the work. The guys who work for Shaun are friendly, polite and always arrive when they say they will. When we encountered a small problem with the garage door due to manufacturer error they sorted it quickly and efficiently. What more can you ask for?

From the first meeting with Window Revive - Shaun, I was impressed with his product knowledge, attention to detail and his patience with the time spent with us to ensure we were one hundred percent happy with our decision. The quality of the product is extremely smart, we opted for flush casements which look fabulous. They replaced all our windows, a mixture of designs, including bifold patio doors, integrated blinds and three arched feature windows, all at a very competitive price. We approached Window Revive on the personal recommendation of a neighbour and were very pleased with the job from quotation to completion. The fitters worked very efficiently and cheerfully, with the proprietor calling from time to time to see how things were going . The work was commenced within the time frame given at the time of the original quotation and although two unexpected issues arose during the course of the work, these were resolved without any worries for us and without delay. We had all our windows, patio doors & a new front door fitted by Shaun & his team, they were really nice blokes friendly tidy & perfectionists the standard of the work they have done is outstanding the price for the work we had done was extremely good & there are no hidden costs the price we were quoted was the price we paid, I would recommend them you won't find a firm better than this one.

Work undertaken in courteous and considerate manner. Finish on the installation very good and we are delighted with the result. Shaun and the guys at window revive did a great job on replacing our single glazed sash bay windows. The new double glazed ones look the part and match the style of the house perfectly.

Looked efficient right from the start, told us the earliest date that he would be able to fit windows to ensure that we were happy waiting (about 3 months). Brought samples out for us to see, was willing to use product he hadn’t used before to achieve the effect we wanted. Did what he said he would do on the date he said he would do it. Staff pleasant. One pane of glass had small crack in the corner, this was replaced with minimal inconvenience to us. They caused very little disruption in the house whilst working and all rubbish was taken away as agreed.

Excellent service, contacted us as arranged when new locks sourced, worked efficiently and professionally. Very satisfied with work carried out.

Emailed the Windows Revive website with my problem - a leak under a patio style door. Had a response that day suggesting I phoned to discuss. Shaun then made a visit to inspect the installation within a couple of days. Having identified the cause of the problem, he gave me an estimate (which I accepted), and said the job would take about three hours. Also he would try do the job the following Saturday, but would phone to confirm. The following Saturday the weather was very poor, heavy rain and strong wind - "no chance" I thought. To my surprise, Shaun called, saying he he would be with us between about 1:30 & 2:30, which he did. He showed me the cause of the leak, removed and re-installed the door panel completely. Did a neat job, cleared up any mess, took appropriate Covid precautions, yet his quote was almost a third less than one I'd received just to investigate the problem. Of course the "acid test" is whether the leak is fixed, but if it isn't, I've no doubt Shaun will come back and resolve it.

In December we needed some failed units replacing in an old patio door and Shaun quickly made 2 visits, first to check the work and again to complete a meticulous survey of the units to ensure the exact size of their replacements. We had a comprehensive summary of the available options and an honest evaluation of the relative values. Despite a very busy pre-Christmas schedule he and his team spent a wet and very cold morning ensuring that the job was completed before Christmas day. It was not an easy process but the time they took and the standard of their work is unbeatable, entirely justifying their rating in the Trusted Traders scheme.

Windows replaced in our two holiday cottages. Excellent job which was carried out professionally but in a friendly manner. Would definitely recommend and would use Window Revive again.

Most of the windows in the house were replaced tidily to a high standard of workmanship to our agreed budget and on schedule with thorough cleaning up afterwards.
