Highly reliable, cost-effective double glazing repair specialists since 2002. We are based in Ashford (Surrey) & cover Surrey, West London, Berkshire and Hampshire.

We had been recommended by a friend who is a master locksmith to use this company. We needed to have three windows repaired due to condensation in them and also had a window in which we needed a new handle, side mechanism and hinges replaced due to failure as we couldn't open it. Matt came and gave us a quote which we accepted. We were told that it would be approximately two weeks for the glass to be in and that Matt would ring me to arrange a date for the work to be carried out. True to his word, he did ring and we arranged a date. He came with a colleague, and they did the work to our complete satisfaction. Brilliant company and wouldn't hesitate to use again and would thoroughly recommend.

Matthew at Windowfix Ltd came out to assess the replacement of glass in my bathroom window with the work being completed as to schedule and budget. I found Matthew to be very personable and knowledgable and believed in the same ethos as myself, to avoid unnecessary landfill by just replacing the glass and keeping the existing window. The quality of glass is very good and therefore with the labour came to a very fair price.

Matt installed multiples window panes to replace double glazing that had blown. He was very punctual for both quotation and installation. He is very thorough and his work is of a high standard. He was also very kind to accommodate a reschedule. I would recommend Matt to anyone that requires glazing work

I needed three doors and one window being repaired, as one door and the window were no longer closing properly, and the other two doors weren't closing at all. Matthew came to see me and provided a quote on the spot. He also let me know that because of the age of the doors, the parts he would need may no longer be available, but that he would check and get back to me. He did this very shortly after his visit, and thankfully the parts were available. On the day of the repairs, Matthew and his colleague Darren were polite, professional, and got all the work done successfully and quickly. As others have said in their reviews, Matthew was professional, honest and open, and his quote was provided on the spot. Should anyone else require window and door services, I would urge them to use Windowfix Ltd.

Replacing old windows

We had very old windows with old designs breaking up. Matthew came and gave us excellent advice meaning we were confident of moving forward to replace them. The windows were subsequently upgraded by Windowfix, who carried out the work speedily and efficiently. Matthew gave us some more sage advice regarding other knotty glazing problems, for which we were most grateful. Would thoroughly recommend Matthew and Windowfix.
