Have had 2 new windows fitted today, the fitters were polite, cleaned up afterwards and importantly the result was exceptional. Previously they have fitted a new porch and conservatory which were very well done.

Excellent service from start to finish, friendly but professional company supplying excellent workmanship. Fitted new front door and replaced very old patio sliding doors with french doors at my elderly Mothers house. Thoroughly recommend.

Our project was to replace a 20-year old polycarbonate roof with a glass one. WindowPlan were very quick to respond to enquiry, to provide quotation with layout drawing and to survey in detail. Price was reasonable and delivery time of ca. 6 weeks, far quicker than expected. Materials were available to schedule and installation arranged at the first available clear weather period. The two installers were quick, courteous, efficient and paid attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the service, the communication, the installation and final result.

Very pleased with everything. What I want with any trade is a good product and good fitters, we got both. The windows were replacing old PVC ones and are a big improvement, much better insulation and operation. The fitters were very clean, polite and hard working. They did an excellent job and worked round us to get the job done, they were friendly and professional. Totally satisfied.

We had our old plastic conservatory roof replaced with a glass one this week and would like to just say that we are extremely pleased. Mark and Andy the fitters arrived early and worked very hard all day in extreme heat. They are excellent workers, very polite and finished the work in the estimated two days. The premises was left really tidy and I would highly recommend them. All in all a brilliant job.

Our original enquiry was handled quickly with an appreciation of what we required and a detailed quotation, at an acceptable price, followed in a short time. It consisted of PVC replacements of a wooden exterior stable door and small wooden side window, plus replacement of 6 double glazing units into wooden frames, 3 downstairs, 3 upstairs. Installation was completed to a good standard on the day specified by Ian in a cheerful, competent, professional manner with no fuss. Dust covers used and all debris removed. At the end, Ian took time to make sure we were familiar with the opening and locking procedures and explain the operation of the " tilt and turn" window in the door. Overall we were very pleased with the end result.
