Windowplan Limited

We had windows replaced by Windowplan a couple of years ago and decided to replace our front door recently. We decided on a composite front door and are very happy with our choice. Stuart and Adam did a great job installing the door and were very professional.

David the salesman arrived on time and was open and honest about the quote which was great. We paid the deposit and a few days later the surveyor arrived on time and was a great chap, honest and made the changes I asked for and came back with the amended price. A few days later Graham the fitter arrived earlier than expected and knocked when he saw me in the kitchen window asking if it was ok for him to park there and apologise for being half hour early, which was great, as it meant he could get on with the job in hand as rain was expected that afternoon. Graham was great. Very knowledgeable and extremely professional and offered great advice on the use of the windows and how to keep them in tiptop shape. Overall the experience was amazing from start to finish. Could not fault them.

Just had some more windows and a door fitted to our new house. We've used WP before and again the service, product and fitting were all exceptional. Can't fault them. After using some of the bigger companies when I was renovating houses full time, whose service and fitting were awful, WP have been a breath of fresh air.

The work carried out to replace some windows and the front door was to an exceptional standard and I intend to use WindowPlan again in the near future.

Luke the fitter was great, he and his son took care and tidied after themselves which was great considering we went from a window and door to bifolds. The finish was excellent.

I had 3 windows replaced by WindowPlan at relatively short notice - the whole process from quote to installation took only 4 weeks. Mark the fitter did an excellent job - on time, no mess and quality finish. Very happy with the result and would definitely use them again.

Lovely company to deal with - friendly and professional and they were super-diligent in getting the spec right so that our new windowsills would be the right size once the new external wall insulation was applied. Price was competitive and it was good to be able to visit the showroom and see that actual doors, colours, handles etc. Would not hesitate to recommend Windowplan.

The project was to supply and erect a small conservatory which was started and finished to the programme given. The work was carried out by their fitter, Ian, who from the very start was friendly, informative, and very competent. As with all jobs there were a few problems that arose during construction, but each was dealt with by Ian while still keeping to programme. I would certainly recommend WindowPlan to anyone requiring similar work.
