Windows by Choice is a family company with 35 years’ experience and a reputation that ensures the majority of our business is from referrals. Our company based in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire provide luxurious glazing products and full survey, design, installation and aftercare service.

Used them 9 years ago to fit windows and doors on my house, and then used them again recently to do the same on my new house. I have been very happy with the work both times, and both were done by the same people so i know theyre very experienced! They price was great, was definitely worth the money! Really great team, would definitely recommend them!

Initial contact and order process conducted in a very prompt and efficient manner. No "pushy" salesman tactics but simple and helpful assistance throughout. Installation of 2 sets of french windows carried out very professionally. Fitters prompt, courteous and incredibly clean/tidy. Very helpful in overcoming inevitable unforeseen problems with site (not product).

I had my whole house double glazed by Windows by Choice. I signed up to Which? precisely because I didn't have a clue where to start when selecting a trustworthy double glazing company and a combination their guides and the trusted traders website to find a good local independent supplier. I am so glad I did this as this led me to Windows by Choice. It was obvious from the beginning that they knew exactly what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. They were responsive to questions and the eventual quotation was surprisingly reasonable. The turnaround from quote to accurate measurement to fitting was about 4-5 weeks. I am very happy with the fitting and the clearing up afterwards, very smooth. Thank you Marcus, Ian and (I think) Karl :)

I had a new front door and French doors fitted by Windows by Choice. The quality of the product is excellent and the fitting team were friendly, efficient and did a very good job. Their finishing was excellent and they left the work areas very tidy and clean. Its obvious that the product they fitted is high quality as there is a nice weight to the doors, they are not flimsy like the old doors which they removed and disposed of. I have no hesitation in recommending Windows by choice and will be using them in the future.

Full house window replacement + Rear garage & French Doors

We had 10 Windows, rear garage door plus two huge french doors. We went for a georgian bar with equal sight lines & monkey tail handles. Marcus was on the same page with us from day one, helping us make informed decisions. As we were having a door taken out we opted for this window to be a vertical slider which now makes a nice feature in our little kitchen. Marcus made the whole experience a breeze, keeping us informed all the time and visiting us throughout the install to make sure we were happy with the progress. I did shop around even getting a laughable quote from Everest but Marcus was such a lovely bloke, I was confident we'd get a great product at a price we could afford and installed with a minimum of disruption to our home. I couldn't recommend anyone else if you're looking for new windows.

We contacted Windows By Choice, based purely on the recommendation from our builder. Marcus came to provide a competitive quote for replacing all existing windows and for our new extension along with two lanterns and front door. The material used was okay, but the workmanship was slightly disappointing. After one year of installation, we start seeing issues for the work done for some of our windows and door. What disappointed me most is, there was a mechanical fault for one of the window locks, I first raised to Marcus in Feb/March 2021. He came and checked it himself and acknowledged the fault and promised to fix it. This shouldn't be a big problem if it was addressed in a timely manner. However, after several follow up calls and text messages, Marcus has yet to come back and fix the problem.
