Today I had my conservatory roof replaced with a new, fitted one. After the initial quotation, and then a visit to measure up a month ago, the team started working yesterday. A very polite and friendly trio, they used their expertise and experience to ensure that the new roof will mean my house and conservatory keeps damp-proof. After completing the roof fitting work, they cleaned up and left my conservatory sparkling. Thank you Windows of Distinction 'A' team, and I shall be definitely booking for further work when needed.

We have had all our double-glazed windows and external doors replaced by this team to a very high standard , as well as having had a superb new conservatory added as an extension to our home. We had comprehensive help with choice and planning, and, when working in our home, the team members were respectful , hardworking and fun! Very efficient, pleasant, helpful, and work done to timescale. They replaced our Pilkington Cassini glass with Satin ones, as the obscurity offered was not the 'Level 5' advertised in Pilkington's brochure. Pilkington have denied there is a problem and Windows of Distinction have lodged a complaint. Cannot thank them enough.

Very good sales and information initially (email with pictures of what windows & glass would look like a very good touch). Damaged to handle reported and a replacement brought within a couple of days, unfortunately, replacement handle had lettering stamped on reverse (sample handle?) - have been waiting weeks now for another replacement.
