We are a family run carpet and flooring retailer who provide the complete service of measuring, estimation and fitting on a wide selection of carpets, vinyls, safety flooring, LVT (luxury vinyl tile i.e. Karndean & Amtico), wood, laminate and rugs.
Windsor Carpets was established in 1985 and we feel that throughout the years it has built an excellent reputation based on our attention to high standards of customer service and knowledge across a wide range of carpets, vinyls and numerous other floor coverings.
We work for both domestic and commercial customers. We provide options to suit every budget, from stock rolls and remnants to bespoke border work and Axminsters.
At Windsor Carpets we have hand picked our selection to include traditional and modern designs from all the leading carpet suppliers at unbeatable prices. All products in our showroom are labelled with an all inclusive price, meaning no hidden charges!

We were' back again to use this amazing Company - from start to finish you cannot fault the service from Windsor carpets who always place customers as their number one priority. Every member of staff are polite, helpful and courteous - carn't recommend them enough. Special thanks extended to Bailey and Jason who were extremely patient and kind to my aged Mum whose carpet they fitted today - both are a real credit to the Company. Thank you all again.

Have used Windsor Carpets, Redditch for over 30 years, on each house move Windsor Carpets are the only ones to consider!... Their customer service is first class, the choice of carpets is fabulous, and the staff are not pushy at all, they only want to assist with whatever they can. The carpet fitters do a great job and are very polite and courteous, and the office staff are always available to help with any queries...and both Directors are always responsive with any questions....so once again, after using Windsor Carpets so many times, a very happy customer of Windsor Carpets!....Highly recommended!

From showroom to bedroom this Redditch-based company is the best. Kevin R advised us in the showroom and spent a considerable time at our property measuring 7 rooms, store-room, stairs and landing. After drawing-up plans at base we received the quote which was structured to use every bit of carpet thereby saving us money and helping to save the planet! We decided to get a second quote from a leading company - what a waste of time. Their, rude and impatient, representative spent no more than 30 minutes measuring and writing a quote. His quote (given on the spot) was much higher than Windsor in part due to the wastage. The fitters are also a credit to the company. Look no further for a personal service.

Everyone at Windsor Carpets are helpful, polite, and provide excellent customer service, from the sales staff (who never pressure into buying, they just give honest, sound advice), through to the carpet fitters, and hard flooring fitters. Windsor Carpets are highly recommended for their superb range of carpets, and range of hard flooring, and their excellent, prompt, and superb fitting. First Class company.

Excellent service from start to finish. The showroom was welcoming, there was no pressure to buy, only sound advice given for my budget and willing to lend samples. Kevin came and measured, he gave honest advice on the best carpet for the layout of the room and discussed variety of options for laying carpet in other areas of the house to get the optimum use of possible carpet waste. The carpet fitters Tim and Ryan could not have worked harder, or been more polite and considerate. I prefer to purchase from independent companies and the customer service recieved from Windsor Carpets endorses why this is always the best option.

We've used Windsor Carpets several times since we moved into our new house 3 years ago, both for carpets and for Karndean flooring and have been really pleased with both their products and their service. We took a while to choose what we wanted, including taking lots of samples home, and were never rushed into making a decision. Advice in the shop and at our home was very helpful. We would highly recommend Windsor Carpets for quality and service.

We had half of the downstairs of our house floored with Karndean. The initial job was excellent and Richard the fitter was professional and personable. A couple of weeks in we had an issue. On calling the office, they arranged for Richard to come and replace the single problem tile, no questions, no quibble. To us, good customer service is determined by how issues are dealt with when things go wrong. Windsor carpets and Richard the fitter were excellent. We were never made to feel like a nuisance, or that it was all our own fault (it was not, it was a genuine faulty tile). We will be using Windsor for any future requirements.
