Kevin and Tom fitted windows in the lounge and bedroom. They did not stop until the work was finished and we were amazed how quick they worked. They cleaned up very efficiently. It is nice to see good workmen. The staff at Windsor Windows have all been very professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend Windsor Windows to family and friends. We had 2 new dormer bedroom windows, bathroom window and large 5 section bay window fitted in just 2 days, we were called and offered an earlier date than promised, 2 teams arrived, they stood out as all 4 of them where very approachable, knowledgeable about our particular style of house, nothing was too much trouble , fitted new shiplap cladding front and back…. Would highly recommend

We recently had a door, window, fascia boards and guttering replaced on our garage and 4 windows (including a bay window) on our house. Lee, Diane and the fitters were both friendly and professional. The fitters arrived on time and all work was completed in 2 days. All the scrap was taken away and everything left very tidy both outside and inside of our house. Very pleased with the service we received and the product and would highly recommend this company.

Windsor’s replaced all our windows and 2 external doors 5 years ago. We were more than happy with the quality and workmanship. So we decided to use them again to replace our fascias guttering and soffits. The fitters were very professional and worked during the hottest week in July. They tided up after themselves. We would recommend Windsor Windows to anyone.

Windsor have replaced all glazing at my property during a 5 year period (5 windows, French Doors, Composite entrance door and, most recently, two bay windows). From the initial telephone call to Diane, my requests have always been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, Lee Cross is happy to take the time to discuss what is required and always supplies a very competitive quote. The installers respect your property, work is tidy and clean, they take care to cover carpets and all debris is removed from site on completion. If there any adjustments needed post install, Ryan will apply his expertise to make sure all functions as expected. I unreservedly recommend the great service from Windsor Windows and Doors!

Windsor have recently completed replacement windows and a conservatory for me and I have been very pleased with the results of both. They were efficient, tidy and excellent value for money. When minor snags developed - as they always do - during the works they offered me options and then got on with resolving the issues quickly. I was kept informed at all stages and all the different tradesmen (electrician, plasterer, groundworks crew etc etc) turned up when they said they would. Even my neighbours have said how respectful they were of the driveway that I share with them as this could have caused problems.

We had ten windows, patio doors and a back door fitted in a very cold week in December. From Lee Cross visiting and delivering our quote to the fittings themselves, everything was handled in a helpful, friendly and professional way. The actual fitters kept us informed of what was happening and were cheerful and hardworking. Very little mess was left at the end of each day. We were recommended to Windsor by a friend but did have other quotes which were more expensive and delivered in a far less professional manner than Lee’s. We would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Windows to anyone.

Two story house in Northampton. One French door and nine windows including one bay window fitted in 28mm dg uPVC. All done within agreed schedule and budget. We were and continue to be impressed with the professionalism shown from initial quote to installation to follow-up to rectifying any problems arising, which were very minor, indeed. Exceptionally helpful from beginning to date. We were kept informed throughout. All enquiries were dealt with promptly, with courtesy and consideration. No waiting on the line "because all our representatives are busy..." as is only too common these days. Altogether we found Windsor Windows a pleasure to deal with and look forward to place further orders with them. Highly recommended.
