Our heating system was producing very little heat so I rang Woodfield who sent Danny and Dennis around within 24 hours. The problem was not straightforward but after consulting the manufacturer they had it working within a couple of hours. Importantly they explained the problem and the system to me very clearly. First class job

Woodfield regularly services our boiler, which they replaced three years ago. We rarely have problems, but if we do Woodfield always gets to us quickly. They are cheerful, helpful and tidy.

Back boiler replaced

Denis and his team replaced a ver y old back boiler with a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler fitted neatly in an upstairs airing cupboard. All work completed to schedule and quotation within 4 days, including new gas service pipe through loft to avoid unsightly pipe around the outside of the house. Very pleased with the installation and will use Woodfield Ltd for the annual service and any other relevent requirements.

The work was carried out in a very professional way. Excellent service, extremely reliable. On completion of the work, they explained in detail, how the new heating system they just installed, how it works, and they told me, to get in touch with them at any time, if a problem arose with the heating system they had just installed. Denis & his team have installed a new Gas-fired condensing combi appliance [Greenstar 4000 model]., this involved major works to remove old water tanks & pump, also removing the old pipework from the loft area & re-instating the new appliance in the garage area, other issues were dealt with help as a new kitchen was being installed at the same time, i found his team worked hard & were very efficient & helpful, i will highly recommend this company for their professional work.

Fast replacement of an old boiler

Denis has undertaken a few works in the past for both ourselves and our extended family to complete satisfaction. The most recent works were carried out in July 2023. A very old combi gas boiler positioned in a tight location had to be renewed at short notice. Denis was able to complete all the works, including making good in a few areas, within 11 days of first in desperation contact.

Woodfield undertook all the heating and plumbing work in the house renovation that I undertook in 2021. The work was extensive including all first and second fix of 4 bathrooms, kitchen, underfloor heating, water-softener and radiators installed across all 3 floors. Denis recommended a solution that has worked well giving immediate and plentiful hot water on all floors throughout the day as well as a warm house during winter. The Heatmiser Neo app runs all aspects of the system allowing great control, visibility and flexibility allowing me to run the system economically Any snagging problems Denis dealt with to my satisfaction, in fact, he normally responds to messages within the hour. I've also taken up Woodfield's annual maintenance and check service Overall very happy with the system I have and the service Woodfield provided

Rather disappointing.
To Denis's credit he came to our apartment within hours of our calling him and correctly diagnosed the problem - the pressure vessel had failed. He then left and five days elapsed, five days without hot water when the weather was distinctly cooler than usual, obliging us to check into the nearby Premier Inn to have hot showers. We sent his a very polite email on the fifth day and on the sixth day received a quotation with the apology that 'his dog had died'. The quotation was 60% greater than another plumber we were obliged to call (not shown on this website).

New boiler & cylinder, first & second fix for extension. Woodfield Ltd carried out Plumbing & Heating for a new kitchen and a cloakroom (inc. shower). They were efficient, neat and precise in their work and Dennis took time to explain exactly what was being done. He is a great communicator. We really appreciated Luke, Baz and Dennis’s cheerfulness and sensitivity to our needs at a time when our family went through stressful times. They were very flexible with their time especially when we had an emergency at the weekend. For the Quality of work & Customer Service, I would highly recommend them. The team was a pleasure to have around.
