I cannot fault the work carried out by Woodfield Windows (new windows and associated work to make good an old bow bay replaced by a flat window) From quote to install, Liam, Paul, Phil and the rest of the team have been professional and diligent, providing practical advice, recommendations and excellent customer service…..qualities that seem to be getting much harder to find these days! Finally, a very special thanks to Liam and colleagues for battling through that heat all week. I don’t know how you did it!

My door broke ! i rang them and they came and worked on it. I had already decided to get a new door - they did not use any sales techniques ( but my door was very old and very broken). I ordered a new door - they gave me samples to take home to colour match. I ordered and it arrived and was fitted really quickly. The service was exceptional and they were lovely . My new door now works and is great ! they were great . Good customer service

Had a problem with our French door which we had installed by another company 17 years ago and now wouldn't close properly. Rang Woodfield Windows & Conservatories in the morning and Phil came round that afternoon and fixed the problem. Now the door works better than it did when first installed. Excellent service and definitely going to be our Go To place for repairs and replacement windows in the future. Highly recommend. A big thank you to Phil.

I recently had new windows installed and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality is excellent, and the difference in both appearance and insulation is noticeable straight away. They look amazing, feel solid, and have already made the house warmer and quieter. A special thank you to Ethan, the window fitter, whose workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. He was punctual, polite, and clearly takes pride in his craft. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended.

On recommendation from a friend, we asked Woodfield Windows to replace all the windows and doors in our house. Since our first visit to their showroom till the completion of the whole project we have been very impressed with every stage of the service through to completion. There were some complicated decisions to make but Catalina patiently and expertly guided us through it all. Her competence and excellent communication helped us make quicker decisions and made out project a lot less overwhelming than it would have been. Our delight at the service continued throughout the survey and installations. The team managed by Phil are very competent, kind and friendly - and they go out of their way to give a good service. The installation team (Liam and Kyle) worked extremely hard to get the work finished in good time and also helped us through small issues. Any mistakes were quickly communicated and corrected. No matter how long a day they’d had, they always left the place tidy. The team show obvious pride their work and provide excellent attention to detail throughout the whole process. We’re grateful to have found Woodfield and thank the team for their hard work. We love our new windows and doors.

Woodfield Windows replaced our old wooden windows and the front door, some 15 months ago. Woodfield faithfully and satisfactorily ironed-out inevitable snags promptly. What impressed us was not just the products but EACH person involved in the process, from the office young lady (Jane), to the Directors (Larry), & Phil who offered to come out even on a Saturday and a Sunday to help with any issues......good practice. The The snagging Team were no less excellent. After experiencing the faultless product and installation of our excellent conservatory by EVEREST some 13 years ago, we had NOT expected such a small, local company as "Sterling" as we found Woodfield....."WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OUR OWN FAMILY".

Seven years after installation a small leak appeared in our conservatory. Rain water seeping in can, I understand, be hard to trace & because of that to address & remedy, but Woodfield Windows honoured their warranty came quickly after my first call & in total came back three times, in a process of trying to understand, identify & eliminate potential sources. Not only did they come back & kept trying, each time they were clear that they hoped their ‘fix’ had solved the problem but if not they would come back & keep coming back until the source of the ingress was identified & therefore the leak stopped. It has now been several weeks since Phil was last here & during that time we have had quite a lot of rain, some torrential, & the leak has stoped. I have finally been brave enough to take the bucket away !

What great service. I needed a new door with a replica of the stained glass in my old door. Wow! They did such a great job. Phil was so helpful and even suggested different fittings to the door which was really good advice. He listened to what I wanted and he really delivered. The guys who fitted the doors did such a great job and were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Having finally decided to replace a very drafty front door, we decided to use a local supplier. The complete experience with Woodfield, from the initial placing of the order to installation, was excellent. All staff involved, from order placement to installation, were very helpful and professional. The finished job is very neat. Special thanks to Phil, who came out to demonstrate the correct way to open the door the day after installation - no problem with the door, just the customer!!
