Woodfield windows are not the cheapest but also not the most expensive and I am pleased with the quality of work and customer service. Liam who was professional and Kyle did a good installation job and everything went very smoothly. They were also courteous and tidy. Customer service was very good and Cate deserves a mention as always being available to help out with any queries. I would recommend Woodfield and the team I had.

Everyone we interacted with on this project was excellent. Larry and Phil did the planning. After go ahead it was only a few weeks before the windows were made and ready for installation. Liam and Kyle were excellent. Knew their trade, polite and respectful and very attentive. They kept the site clean and tidy. These guys take a pride in their work, and were as pleased as we were with the results. We have no hesitation in giving Woodfield our highest recommendation.

Woodfield Windows removed an old wooden porch and fitted a new one. From Catalina who came over, measure up, and provided a competitive quote, to the guys who arrived on time , and worked speedily and efficiently, they were all a credit to the company the way they came across. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the first contact through to final fitting it was a good experience. The work was to replace two very old single glazed wooden framed windows with double glazed UPVC windows. First visit was prompt and pricing was fair with follow up measurement and ordering very straightforward and supply and fit was relatively short timescale. The most exceptional element was the fitting with two young men who were very organised, helpful and friendly plus being very efficient. Finishing up was really good with minimal making good necessary and tidying up, clearance of debris etc. was excellent and the property was left clean and tidy. Apart from the new windows which were fully cleaned before departure, one would not know that the windows had even been fitted - a fitting testimony to a job well done. Thanks to Phil, Catalina and special praise for the fitters, Liam and Kyle.

In an era where excellent service is the exception, Woodfield Windows are an exceptional company. They fitted four new windows for us with great efficiency, cordiality and attention to detail. Have used Woodfield for many requirements having bought an old house. To date they have fitted a new composite door and then repaired and fitted a new letter box when a delivery company broke it. In addition to this they replaced a very tricky glass roof at the back of my house with limited access. A very responsive company and each member of the team I have come across has been nothing short of exceptional. I fully intend to use Woodfiled when I replace all the windows in my house and without hesitation would recommend them.

I have used Woodfield Windows to carry out repairs on old windows and doors. Also they installed a replacement bathroom window with care and carried out any make good works (due to the house being old). I needed 3 windows replaced at the front of my property (2 of which were bay windows) and found Woodfield via this site. Their salesperson was friendly and reassuring as the old windows were original to the house and there was also secondary glazing so I was concerned about how difficult it would be to remove. She was able to talk about the company's prior experience, what the work would likely involved and the different products the company offered. I liked the fact that she was up front about potential damage to decoration and what they would and would not make good. I ordered uPVC triple glazed replacements and the price was fair and competitive. Their surveyor came out the week after order and was also very reassuring, doing his measurements and reiterating where there would be potential damage to decoration but what they would do to fix. There was a bit of a miscommunication about how long the work would take, but the fitters were absolutely brilliant - arrived on time, worked full days and very polite - I was impressed with how polite they were to a very nosy passer-by. There was some inevitable minor damage to decoration but nothing that can't be resolved with a bit of filler and paint and the fitters made sure I was aware of it all. They also helped me put my curtains back up, which I genuinely appreciated. The windows themselves are great - no more draughts or condensation and the triple glazing reduced sound from outside. I will use this company again.

Due to a broken and irreplaceable window lock and compromised double glazing I had to replace the whole window frame in the main bedroom of my leasehold flat. The Managing Agents of the block are very particular that any such changes exactly match the existing style and characteristics. Woodfield Windows were very helpful in this regard and provided a very friendly, professional and value for money service throughout the whole exercise from initial quote to final completion. I am delighted with the final result and highly recommend them.

Woodfield Windows replaced a window in our house and repaired two existing windows. The team did a great job, excellent workmanship very polite and very tidy. Woodfield Windows replaced a number of double glazed glass units within my old aluminium windows including one larger patio door and also replaced a few hinges. It was a very positive experience throughout, with great communication, patience, and punctuality from Andy who visited both to measure up and carry out the job with a colleague. The cost was reasonable and they were able to complete the work successfully within a couple of weeks of Andy's initial visit, in the space of a few hours. Highly recommended.

Mick and his assistant Ethan arrived as scheduled and replaced window gaskets plus a sealed unit. Mick took on board my various requests without hesitation and both he and Ethan were most respectful of my property. Best of all is that the job was done well, at a competitive price and by very pleasant people! Woodfield Windows recently supplied and installed a front door, a window and worked alongside a security company to provide me with a door entry system. It was thanks to Paul’s gentle persuasion that I went along to their showroom and immediately chose a wonderful door. It was technically a little tricky as my choice of door was slightly larger in size. However nothing was too much trouble for Phil and Mick who worked hard and left me with an amazingly smart entrance. Clearly skilled and with years of experience they completed the job brilliantly. Excellent customer service, value for money and a great sense of humour. I will have no hesitation in recommending Woodfield Windows.

From the moment I contacted Mick to replace a front door the whole process was so easy and I was very happy with the quote. Mick took a photo of the property's cladding so that I could choose a colour with the closest match. Mick and his assistant Ethan arrived very promptly and I cannot thank them enough for how well they have fitted the new door. Woodfield Windows provided an excellent solution which we had searched for over a number of years. Great care was taken to design windows to maintain and enhance the character of our period home. Paul and Phil recommended a blend of aluminium window frames that fitted into our existing oak frames and a full replacement of remaining soft wood frames. We are delighted with the final result. The installation was very well organised and managed to minimise disruption. Every consideration was given to protecting all fabric and furnishings throughout and our home was left clean and tidy daily. We highly recommend Woodfield Windows. I had a problem with window lock on a double glazed window and was told by local glazing company that lock was irreplaceable as no longer in production. All they could offer was to permanently lock the window (which they duly did). Subsequently made enquiries about our patio doors, which were sticking to such an extent that we could no longer open/shut them without undue force. Contacted several glazing companies, one of which told us that the sticking was due to house movement with micro subsidence, and both patio doors and frames would have to be replaced. Then decided to go through Which Trusted Traders and came across Woodfield Windows Ltd. Really glad that I did. They were professional, courteous and very honest. Informed us that they could adjust the patio doors without replacement, and could replace the lock on our double glazed window. I now have 2 patio doors that open and close like new, and a window which both opens and can be locked. Would definitely be my first choice if I need further work.

I used the Which trusted Trader service to find a double glazing window company .Woodfield Windows reviews were very good. Larry came on the 24th December 2022 to look at my current windows and to provide me with a quote. Larry was brilliant He instantly informed me I did not need new windows but just the panels require replacement. Honest concise information Window doctor to come round and rectify issues for me in early 2023.He has saved me money I would highly recommend Woodfield Windows Thank you again Larry

Great experience, service from start to finish. I found Katie and the team really helpful in helping me to customise the door to my specification so I got the glass panels and door furniture I wanted. Door looks great, would use Woodfield windows again and happy to recommend.

This company fitted a new door to my house when we moved in. We considered them to do the job as they are local to me, and they are long-established. I know they have plenty of good reviews. But in my case, I was not lucky. They were polite and listen but that does not solve or resolve the issue. They fitted the new door, the working of the door and fitting is good. But since fitted two and half years now, there are metal black ware small particles coming out of the bottom of the door and it collects in the bottom frame. We vacuumed clean every week and then back to square again. At the end, they sent Andy on 2/5/22 he also took out this material coming out of the door but afterward again it was the same as before. I have repeatedly visited the shop several times. The first complaint was made in February 2020. I exchanged emails of my concern. They say it will eventually go away, and it has not. Boss Phill has not visited. I am only 10 min from their showroom. They have not offered anything, nor promised that it can be fixed. So, replacing the new door is totally out of question. I don't see why when I paid £2100 for the door, and I have to go through this headache for so long.

I ordered the door and was told I would have a survey which was carried out and took hardly any time. The door was installed 8 1/2 weeks later (was told 4-6 weeks). I called 3 times before i got the installation date. The fitters arrived on time, were very courteous, checked on some of my preferences and left no mess with very little damage. The door is very good quality and I am happy with the result. Just the customer service before installation wasn't as good as it should have been.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done. Mick and his team are the most professional and pleasant workmen you could possibly meet. I will continue to use this company for any further work and would like to thank Mick and his team for doing a fabulous job replacing my double glazing. Brilliant job.

We had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable (we got much more expensive quotes from other well known companies) and we didn’t have to wait too long either. The quality of the work was fantastic and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!
