From my initial interaction with Woodhouse Security Systems on email, they replied quickly and courteously. Once the appointment was booked the engineer arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. I found them extremely professional and polite throughout. We were having an old alarm decommissioned and removed. The quote for the work was transparent and I think was fair for the work involved. I’d highly recommend them.

I had an alarm system installed in a rental property by Woodside Security Systems several years ago. I was incredibly impressed then by their attention to detail and wonderful customer service. And I remain highly impressed each time I have interaction with the company. A recent upgrade of some elements was carried out by Tray who was reassuring, polite and consummately professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and to ensure that I understood exactly what was being done. Nothing was too much trouble, especially demonstrating the exact functions of the system. I very much value the continuity offered by Woodside - particularly being recognised by admin staff Wendy and Rita when calling by phone. I mean, how often does that occur now? Being a known customer! It's all part of the highly competent, yet personalised service offered by Woodside. I wish all companies could be such a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Giordano and Cristiano fitted our alarm system and were very professional and thorough. They even helped identify and rectify problems that had been left by our electrician, which we really appreciated. They were very polite and took the time to explain how everything worked and set us up on the app so that we could set our alarms from our phones. Woodside Security installed a burglar alarm at my flat this week. Communication was good throughout and they were able to advise me on the best way forward, taking advantage of the existing wiring and upgrading the system with modern technology. The installation was done efficiently and neatly and it looks great. I was impressed at every stage by the professionalism of Woodside Security.

Had a new alarm fitted at home today by David and Christiano who were fantastic. Helpful and professional throughout, patient and clear with answering all my questions and demonstrating the system and explained any options and decisions they needed from me. The young man who came to install a replacement security monitor did the work efficiently and in a timely fashion. He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining how to make the monitor work. This was the first time that we used Woodside Security Systems, but we will certainly use them again in the future

They renewed my alarm. Dave came on time, was pleasant, courteous and extremely efficient. Dave was very tidy and took time to explain how everything worked.

I had a security system installed after an attempted burglary. I found the team at Woodside to be professional but also very warm and friendly. I never felt pressured with any upsells and felt they were always trying their best to be pragmatic and meet my requests where they could. As an added bonus, the previous builders left a hole in the wall for a second keypad which was not needed. Instead of having to chase up some more builders to plaster it, Stef and the team figured out a dummy keypad might be an option and even called the manufacturers to work it all out - so grateful and very lovely team. We recommend highly!

Impressed with the service provided by Woodside Security Systems from Stefan who carried out the initial survey, to Wendy and Rita in the office and Dan, the engineer who carried out the alarm installation. Dan arrived promptly, was friendly and polite and worked efficiently and tidily to do a great job. There were a few unforeseen complications to do with my current system but Dan was able to resolve them quickly and without trouble. After the installation, he explained the settings and helped me set up the app. I have no hesitation in recommending Woodside Security Systems!

Last year my household insurer required that I install an intruder alarm system, and having researched online I contacted Woodside Security Systems for advice. They were responsive and very helpful in setting out the options, and extremely efficient, neat and pleasant in installing the system I chose (installer's name Daniel). The system has worked without a hitch since installation last year, and no aftercare has been needed other than the annual service which my insurer requires. After my home renovation, I have returned the Woodside Security System for my new security alarm and CCTV system. Their service was very efficient throughout the process, as I expected. The installation started very smoothly from the morning to the end of the day. They worked very hard with a professional manner and tidy job by Robert and Dan. Also, Dan kindly explained to me how to download the App and he set the system with my preference to easy to use. The new wireless system is amazing!!! I feel safe and comfortable spending my time in my house. I strongly recommend their services to everyone who needs to install a security system.

We have been Woodside customers for years. They are always helpful, polite and reliable. We have had a few issues which they've tried to resolve but we still had some issues. Today was our annual service. Not only did Dan, the engineer, do the annual service. He mentioned an issue I've discussed in the past and got creative to find a solution which has worked. He also resolved an app issue. Very impressed with them.

They are always incredibly professional, polite and punctual. I've had to contact them a few times with questions and they reply very promptly. My new security system was installed yesterday by Woodside Security Systems Ltd. From my first phone enquiry through the completion of the work I've been treated with great courtesy and care. I'm an elderly person and I needed a lot of clear explanation and patience from all the staff. I'm happy to say they've done a great job for me. Daniel installed the system so patiently and efficiently, and liaised with my family by phone to discuss the installation. I was able to specify just the right amount of technology for my needs, and that's important. My neighbours recommended Woodside Security, and I'm happy to join the many satisfied customers on my street.

The owner of our previous alarm service company retired and sold all his customers to a trader who turned out to be utterly useless (not enough engineers, appointments missed, work not done, no communication, etc, etc), so we asked Woodside to take over the system, which they did efficiently, quickly, with excellent communication. We're very impressed, and many thanks to Viviana at Woodside for all her work.

My old alarm gave a noisy beeping when it needed a battery backup replacement.The noise could not be turned off and the panel was on the wall of a neighbours bedroom. The installer of the system was not interested in fixing it so I got Woodside to replace the battery despite the fact that it was a make of alarm that they did not support. They could not restart the alarm as they didn’t have the installer codes. All good, problem solved. An hour or so after ther installer left I got a phone call from Woodside suggesting they may be able to restart the alarm. The technician (Daniel) returned and got everything going. Service well beyond my expectations. I have since got Woodside to replace the obsolete system and will be using them in future.

My old alarm company pulled out of the domestic market, so I asked Woodside Security to install a new alarm system, but reusing as much of the old installation as possible in order to minimise costs. They were very helpful and supportive in designing a system that met my needs. Really helpful journey from first contact to inspection, quote, and installation. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Many thanks to Dan who installed our full alarm system. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, reconfirmed discussed sensor points then just cracked on with it. On completion, he talked us through setting up the app and explained how panels work, then we tested it, then re-tested it just to make sure we understood. He was very patient with our lack of technical knowledge and made sure we totally understood it all before he left. So far I have been so impressed with Woodside Security from the off. David, who carried out the survey and the installation has been really lovely to deal with, as have Wendy and Rita in the office.
