Liam - did a wonderful job of our yearly alarm service. We have been with Woodside Security for a number of years and happy with everything they have done for us. They are also lovely people to do deal with, from the initial alarm installation to liasing with the office staff to the engineers we see each year. Liam was thorough with the inspection, and accommodating with any changes we needed to make. Nothing was to much trouble. Great experience all round.

Liam came to do my annual alarm check. He was very friendly, really knowledgeable and we had a lovely chat, with the work done efficiently and effectively. Dan and Rob did an excellent job of installing our new burglar alarm. They were courteous and considerate and discussed every stage with us to ensure we were happy. They also gave us clear instructions in how to set and manage the system and came back a week later to make adjustments and give us an further lesson.

Dan and Dave were excellent engineers who visit our home to install an alarm system. They arrived promptly on time as described on the email we received a day prior outlining on how the installation day will go. Throughout the day they both were professional and patient taking the time to answer any questions we had. Additionally, they made sure to keep the work environment clean. Finally at the end of the day, they conducted a handover process and made sure they only left once we were happy. I would highly recommend Woodside Security Systems.

We had a new alarm system fitted by Dan When Stefano came to give us a quote and explain the new system he was very honest and said there wasn’t actually anything wrong with our old alarm which he didn’t need to say. However we wanted an updated one and so carried on with the installation. Dan was exactly on time to the minute and worked tirelessly to get the job done. He was very polite and respectful of our property Would highly recommend Woodside security to anybody.

I came across Woodside Security Systems following a recommendation for replacement of my existing alarm system. My whole experience from start to finish has been positive. The quote from Stefano was competitive, and detailed, all questions raised were answered in a polite and timely manner. On the day of the installation David and Liam arrived punctually. They were two very professional gentlemen who are a credit to this company. The work was completed efficiently and my house was left clean and tidy. All post installation work was handled in a polite and efficient manner with the help of the administration team of Rita and Wendy. After changing my broadband provider I couldn't get the security camera linked to the new wi-fi. I called Woodside and the office was really helpful and efficient, checked what equipment I had, confirmed it needed a home visit, and booked an engineer to come out a couple of days later (I had said it wasn't urgent so was pleased to get a quick appointment). Giordano arrived exactly on time, and worked out the best way to re-connect it. He then checked the app I was using to view the footage, and showed me the newer version now available, talking me through all the new features. He was an excellent problem-solver, with a very proactive and helpful manner. It's a great company all round, reliable and pleasant to deal with.

We were pleased with Woodside Security from the first contact by phone. A visit to discuss our needs and provide a quote included discussions of options some of which we hadn't previously considered. The quote was competitive. David and Dan were very efficient and respectful of our property during installation. Everything was left clean and tidy and all rubbish cleared away. Everything about working with Woodside seemed to work and was easy. Booking the initial appointment was easy. The survey was straightforward; Stefano was knowledgeable, understood what we wanted (and didn't want) and asked all our questions clearly. Then we got a detailed quote; there were lots of options so a quick call was required. The installation took a day and the engineer was respectful in his attitude and did a great job. There were one or two challenges that we worked together to resolve. In a world where many things seem like hard work this just didn't. Would be happy to recommend.

I wish everything was so straightforward! David came on time, investigated and identified why the speech part of our apartment block's entry system was not working. Fitted a new speaker and tested that buzzer + speech in both directions was working correctly with apartments where someone was at home. David was polite, professional and got the job done. He accepted a cheque in settlement of the bill which was as outlined in arranging the call out. The office duly forwarded a receipted invoice by email for our records.

Woodside came to quote for an alarm system on my house and from the outset were pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. After a delay due to other work, I was in further contact to discuss a few small elements, then they came to fit the quoted work. David was excellent on the day, talked me through everything and set up the alarm. I would recommend Woodside to anyone, they really impressed me with the quality of work and great price. They did not try and push more expensive systems, which I found with the national companies, but listened to my needs and advised accordingly.
