I had engineer Liam come and service my alarm today. He was brilliant - on time, really kind and polite, and very patient with all my questions. The team at the office including Rita, Wendy and Viviana have always been amazingly helpful and professional. Really love this company and always recommend it to friends and family!

Our annual service was done by Neil. He was very polite and professional. I had a few questions about the alarm system and he patiently explained everything I was enquiring about. It's always a pleasure to deal with anyone from the Woodside Security team. Thank you

We have been customers of Woodside Security Systems for many years and at this year's annual service for alarm and CCTV, we decided to upgrade our alarm system to be able to access it remotely. Last week they came to install the new board and do our service. All went well but there were internet delays to the new alarm board. After a while trying to get it to work properly, it still did not work properly with long delays in the system logging in. They asked to come back so they could check with their supplier. They came back Tuesday with a raft of issues to check and to change the WiFi feed to a cable from the remote. They tried everything possible and after talking to the supplier again, it was decided that the board was at fault. They came back on Wednesday with a brand new board and everything went perfectly. It shows how dedicated Woodside are and I think their operation and service were of the highest order, nothing was too much for them to make the service run properly. I fully recommend this company and will continue to use their services.

Our entry phone did not ring. I thought we would need a new door plate but Woodside said a new button was all that was needed. They fixed it neatly with minimum fuss.

Daniel did a great job of installing a new alarm system throughout our house. He was very knowledgeable and discussed the details with us throughout the installation to ensure we were happy with the placement of everything. He gave us a clear demonstration of how to use the system and was very helpful and friendly when answering any questions that we had. Rita in the office was also very helpful and lovely to deal with when scheduling appointments and helping us with questions when deciding which alarm package to go with. Thanks both!

Great work by Daniel from Woodside security system. The work was done by a professional who turned up on time and was polite. He checked the electrical was all good before removing the old system and installing the new one. Even though there were some problems he was very calm and got the job done to a high standard. Two man team arrived on time and carried out installation of updated controlled alarm system to property. Cannot fault their work and left with precise instructions on how to operate the new system. Highly recommend.

Liam - did a wonderful job of our yearly alarm service. We have been with Woodside Security for a number of years and happy with everything they have done for us. They are also lovely people to do deal with, from the initial alarm installation to liasing with the office staff to the engineers we see each year. Liam was thorough with the inspection, and accommodating with any changes we needed to make. Nothing was to much trouble. Great experience all round.

Dan and Rob did an excellent job of installing our new burglar alarm. They were courteous and considerate and discussed every stage with us to ensure we were happy. They also gave us clear instructions in how to set and manage the system and came back a week later to make adjustments and give us an further lesson.

Dan and Dave were excellent engineers who visit our home to install an alarm system. We had a new alarm system fitted by Dan When Stefano came to give us a quote and explain the new system he was very honest and said there wasn’t actually anything wrong with our old alarm which he didn’t need to say. However we wanted an updated one and so carried on with the installation. Dan was exactly on time to the minute and worked tirelessly to get the job done. I came across Woodside Security Systems following a recommendation for replacement of my existing alarm system. My whole experience from start to finish has been positive. The quote from Stefano was competitive, and detailed, all questions raised were answered in a polite and timely manner. On the day of the installation David and Liam arrived punctually. They were two very professional gentlemen who are a credit to this company. The work was completed efficiently and my house was left clean and tidy. After changing my broadband provider I couldn't get the security camera linked to the new wi-fi. I called Woodside and the office was really helpful and efficient, checked what equipment I had, confirmed it needed a home visit, and booked an engineer to come out a couple of days later (I had said it wasn't urgent so was pleased to get a quick appointment). Giordano arrived exactly on time, and worked out the best way to re-connect it. He then checked the app I was using to view the footage, and showed me the newer version now available, talking me through all the new features. He was an excellent problem-solver, with a very proactive and helpful manner. It's a great company all round, reliable and pleasant to deal with.

I called to report a battery problem on our alarm this morning . At 1pm the engineer arrived , replaced the battery serviced the alarm quickly and efficiently . I could not have asked for a better service . Many thanks .

Daniel of Woodside Securities came to do the annual maintenance service. He thoroughly checked the system and replaced the sensor batteries. Daniel is charming and all was carried in a very professional manner. I can highly recommend this company.

Woodside Security Systems have installed burglar alarms on two separate occasions for me. They have always been responsive, efficient, polite & friendly in dealing with my queries & requests. They were helpful & flexible in the way they offered their services and kindly agreed to pop round to install some additional items after the initial installation of the alarm system. It has been a pleasure to deal with WSS and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Everything about working with Woodside seemed to work and was easy. Booking the initial appointment was easy. The survey was straightforward; Stefano was knowledgeable, understood what we wanted (and didn't want) and asked all our questions clearly. Then we got a detailed quote; there were lots of options so a quick call was required. The installation took a day and the engineer was respectful in his attitude and did a great job. There were one or two challenges that we worked together to resolve. In a world where many things seem like hard work this just didn't. Would be happy to recommend.
