Last week we had a new alarm system in our home installed by Woodside Security Systems. The service we received from everyone was excellent. Rita who deals with all things administrative was a pleasure to deal with in arranging for the quotation and installation, Stef was professional in providing a prompt, competitive quote and David performed an excellent, neat installation that we are thus far very happy with. Would certainly recommend Woodside to all. Thank you!

I wish everything was so straightforward! David came on time, investigated and identified why the speech part of our apartment block's entry system was not working. Fitted a new speaker and tested that buzzer + speech in both directions was working correctly with apartments where someone was at home. David was polite, professional and got the job done. He accepted a cheque in settlement of the bill which was as outlined in arranging the call out. The office duly forwarded a receipted invoice by email for our records.

The engineer, Liam, was polite, discussed the issues we had, tested the situations. He looked for solutions, and solved where possible. Some were not totally solvable, however he reviewed it and found that it did not compromise security in any way. He was friendly and willing to help. Many thanks!

Woodside came to quote for an alarm system on my house and from the outset were pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. After a delay due to other work, I was in further contact to discuss a few small elements, then they came to fit the quoted work. David was excellent on the day, talked me through everything and set up the alarm. I would recommend Woodside to anyone, they really impressed me with the quality of work and great price. They did not try and push more expensive systems, which I found with the national companies, but listened to my needs and advised accordingly.

Woodside is a wonderful company to deal with. Had a problem with my system and an appointment was made for a visit by charming and re-assuring member of the admin team. Giordano arrived very punctually, checked everything, sorted the problem, explained what he had done, and how we will resolve any future issues. Was very patient and thorough. Left everything immaculate, followed up to check we were happy. We have just had our alarm serviced by Dan from Woodside Security and he did a great job! I asked lots of questions and had some additional issues due to adding people to our system and changing our internet service provider. Arrived on time and explained each proposed change clearly. He left me with a better understanding of how the system operated, answering all questions knowledgeably.

We have had a new CCTV system and replacement alarm system fitted. Came round very quickly to do the quotes and discussed with us, in details what we wanted. Did not try and sell us anything that was not what we wanted. Good support for questions on the quote when I called the office. Work was completed on time and using friendly, polite and efficient engineers. Took care to hide the CCTV wiring as much as possible, looks very neat. Took time out to make sure we knew how to operate everything.

Dan was magnificent - a credit to them. Professional, charming and worked around me without any disruption. Turned up when they said they would so could plan the day. Our service also felt collaborative and sought to provide practical and realistic solutions given that we have a dog now. The technician who undertook the inspection for quote purposes was extremely polite, helpful, informative and patient with answering questions. The quote itself was good and the work was subsequently undertaken in a most thorough and professional manner. This is a company that really does live up to its five star rating. Frankly, it is becoming such an unusual experience to receive truly excellent service that, when one does - as with Woodside - it really stands out! After nearly 30 years, with a well-known large company, we noticed that their service had deteriorated following being taken over by the even larger one. We found Woodside Security Systems on Which Trader and were impressed by the unanimously favourable reviews. We can understand why. The whole process of inspection and switch over was efficiently and knowledgeably conducted and, unlike our previous company, the office phone is all answered almost immediately by friendly and helpful staff. Although it is early days, we have been extremely impressed by this small family owned and run company.

The engineer (Liam) came to carry out the annual alarm service. He arrived on time, was polite and nice, changed the batteries where required, showed me how to use the App again and completed the service. Everything seemed great!
