Woodside is a wonderful company to deal with. Had a problem with my system and an appointment was made for a visit by charming and re-assuring member of the admin team. Giordano arrived very punctually, checked everything, sorted the problem, explained what he had done, and how we will resolve any future issues. Was very patient and thorough. Left everything immaculate, followed up to check we were happy. Woodside have installed several systems for myself and my family over the years, there is great continuity and I would have no hesitation in recommending them

We have just had our alarm serviced by Dan from Woodside Security and he did a great job! I asked lots of questions and had some additional issues due to adding people to our system and changing our internet service provider. Dan dealt with everything in a friendly, detailed and efficient manner. Great service, I would highly recommend!

Arrived on time and explained each proposed change clearly. He left me with a better understanding of how the system operated, answering all questions knowledgeably.

We have had a new CCTV system and replacement alarm system fitted. Came round very quickly to do the quotes and discussed with us, in details what we wanted. Did not try and sell us anything that was not what we wanted. Good support for questions on the quote when I called the office. Work was completed on time and using friendly, polite and efficient engineers. Took care to hide the CCTV wiring as much as possible, looks very neat. Took time out to make sure we knew how to operate everything.

Dan was magnificent - a credit to them. Professional, charming and worked around me without any disruption. Turned up when they said they would so could plan the day. Our service also felt collaborative and sought to provide practical and realistic solutions given that we have a dog now. No hesitation in recommending Woodside, very happy with the service in the year plus we have had them.

I engaged Woodside Security Systems for an upgrade to an existing system. I spent a long time searching for a company that would provide the attention to detail and good customer service that I was seeking, especially as I was moving from another company that I had been unhappy with. I was immediately impressed by the personal response to my initial enquiry. The technician who undertook the inspection for quote purposes was extremely polite, helpful, informative and patient with answering questions. The quote itself was good and the work was subsequently undertaken in a most thorough and professional manner. This is a company that really does live up to its five star rating. Frankly, it is becoming such an unusual experience to receive truly excellent service that, when one does - as with Woodside - it really stands out! Ongoing communication is particularly impressive and I felt well informed and well advised throughout.

I received excellent customer service. Woodside gave me a helpful quote and discussed the various options. Sukh installed the new alarm and was extremely polite and demonstrated how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with it.

After nearly 30 years, with a well-known large company, we noticed that their service had deteriorated following being taken over by the even larger one. We found Woodside Security Systems on Which Trader and were impressed by the unanimously favourable reviews. We can understand why. The whole process of inspection and switch over was efficiently and knowledgeably conducted and, unlike our previous company, the office phone is all answered almost immediately by friendly and helpful staff. Although it is early days, we have been extremely impressed by this small family owned and run company.

The engineer (Liam) came to carry out the annual alarm service. He arrived on time, was polite and nice, changed the batteries where required, showed me how to use the App again and completed the service. Everything seemed great! We’ve always found this company to be very efficient and responsive and provides a good service.

Liam serviced our alarm and gave helpful guidance on how to use the alarm app. He answered all of the questions I had, and let me know when he was going to be setting the alarm off. The company is very easy to deal with, would recommend.

I moved to Woodside Alarms last year after 20 years of being with one of the most famous, large alarm companies. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. They are friendly, flexible, reliable and incredibly good value. The previous company relied on their name but were infuriating to deal with. I always got the impression my business wasn't very important to them and yet they charged a huge amount for a sporadic annual service (which wasn't very thorough). Woodside has the personal touch from the people who answer the phone to the guys who turn up to do the job. They fitted us with a new alarm system last year and spent a proper amount of time ensuring we were familiar and happy with it. They've just been for the annual service and it was one of the guys who fitted it last year (thanks Liam). He remembered the job, our set up, our requirements etc. He was helpful, charming and even lovely to our over enthusiastic dog. Highly recommend.

Woodside engineers always go above and beyond to install new equipment and to ensure that we know how to use it. They are always knowledgeable of the job that they are doing, profesional and polite. We highly recommend them.

We have been with Woodside for over ten years and never had any issues. Recently our alarm has gone off by itself for no reason. Woodside sent someone out on the same day who replaced all batteries and tested the system. When it went off again, they sent someone out within four hours, replaced the unit and batteries and were slick, swift, polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

From my first meeting with the company to discuss a quote for an alarm system, to completion of installation, it has been a pleasure to deal with all the staff and not a chore. Customer Service and Engineers friendly and very professional. Engineers turned up exactly on time, discussed job to suit my preferences and did an excellent job including the training on using system; they left my home spotless. How I wish all companies doing work follow this high standard. Engineers Sukh and Daniel very professional in all aspects including their engineering skills but also communicating with me at every level. 5 Stars out of 5!! Administrative staff always helpful, friendly and efficient. I shall recommend Woodside Security Systems without reservation to friends and neighbours.
