Woodside Security have been maintaining my system for a few years now. The office staff and engineers are of the highest standard, super helpful, polite and professional. Liam serviced the system this time around and did a great job as have the others. Go for a walk around this area and you will see their trade name on more alarm systems than any other which speaks for itself. I thoroughly recommend them.

David from Woodside Security installed a new burglar alarm system this week and did a great job. From the initial survey a few weeks ago to final installation, all the staff at Woodside have been unfailingly courteous, pleasant and efficient. David took great care over the installation, and was extremely tidy while he worked. He then explained all the ins and outs of how to operate the system very clearly and patiently. The follow-up from the office staff (final paperwork, certificates etc) has been impressively prompt and thorough. From my first phone enquiry onwards, it's been very easy and uncomplicated to deal with Woodside. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Initially very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness from initial call to instillation. We had a fault with the alarm down the line and someone called Dan came straight away to fix with no fuss. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Woodside fitted our alarm a few years ago and have serviced it annually. Last week, as well as carrying out the service, their engineer fitted cat filters, added an extra fob and helped us with the App that allows us remote access to the alarm controls. All done with extreme courtesy and a pro-active approach, volunteering a few features we hadn't thought of. Everything you could hope for from a service provider and more.

Woodside installed a new door entry system last year. It was necessary to use the wiring from the old system (installed years ago and not by Woodside), to avoid significant disruptive building work. A problem arose in July this year, and Woodside came round quickly. The problem related to the pre-existing wiring. Rob from Woodside was able to devise a solution and our system is working again. I am very happy with the service provided.

Woodside security fitted my alarm in 2011 and have always been very professional and quick to respond to any issues. They do a yearly maintenance check and over the 11 years have responded very quickly on the very few occasions that something has required attention in between. Their engineers are always fix the problem, are very courteous and I think their charges are very reasonable, I would and have recommended them to friends,

Our CCTV was installed last year. Fortunately have not needed to check it other than to confirm it worked. We were visited by the Police a few days ago to see if they could view the footage at front of the property from a couple of dates in last few months. They were not only delighted we were willing to allow this but also delighted by the clarity and quality of what they were able to download. We live in a potentially high crime area and it is a comfort to know, that we have a very good system that Woodside Security installed.

A seamless operation from initial contact to installation, despite me changing the installation date twice to accommodate my works programme. The works involved the upgrading of an existing 7 zone audible intruder alarm system which included access to an app. Works were completed to the agreed schedule and estimate. Communication was clear, the installation was carried out to a high standard with attention to detail.

We have quite an old alarm system that needed a problem sorted out as it had been making strange noises. Woodside Security was recommended by my electrician. The office service was very efficient and friendly and the engineer who came sorted out the problem, serviced the system very efficiently and satisfactorily and at a very reasonable cost. Woodside Security was recommended by a friend & once I got in contact to the job getting done they were excellent. Rita emailed me over pictures of the different types of keypads & a full itemised quotation was emailed after an Engineer had visited. All items that were quoted for are to a very high specification especially the self activating bell which is well lit up & visible. David carried out the installation & done a fantastic job. Once completed he went through the operation process including app download which is very useful but not compulsory for the system to rely upon. The staff are very polite & knowing you can rely on Woodside for security gives that extra piece of mind. Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Woodside. It took a little time to arrange the initial survey and quote, which probably reflects a full order book. The specification offered was sensible and pragmatic, with nothing that was superfluous. The installation itself was carried out proficiently and the engineer was friendly. He also ensured that we were fully appraised of how the system works before leaving. The ongoing maintenance charges seem to be reasonable and lower than those of some competitors.

Woodside took care to advise on options for my alarm. We were able to use the existing wiring which was the right solution for my rented flat. On fitting the alarm there was a faulty wire discovered from the old system. The problem was fixed. The office back up was excellent and all queries answered by informed and polite staff. The system appears to be good value for money.

Have an old BPT video gate /door entry system that lost voice and switching capability from one gate to the other and to the front door . Rob "track and traced " the fault to a faulty wire and repaired it back to working condition and saved me the need to replace with new kit. I was very impressed with his dedication to finding the fault and not just saying you need to replace it all. highly recommend this company.
