I have to say that right from the start I was impressed with Joe and Worcester Garage Doors. They were very professional throughout in every stage of the process (initial examination of my garage, their explanation of what they proposed and what options they offered). Joe even called in the installation crew to ensure they got the right installation plan and quoted verbally the total cost and a guide to when the work would be carried out. The confirmation for the cost and an installation date proposed followed and were as verbally quoted and all promises were kept. After the installation Joe went through all the features and how to get the best from the installation. I wish all contractors were as professional and courteous as they are.

A neighbour recently had their new garage door installed by Worcester Garage Doors, and I was very impressed by the quality and by the standard of work. So I contacted Joe for a quote, as our up and over metal door needed replacing. He came round a few days later and took his time to explain everything in detail. As I already had an idea of the approximate cost from our neighbour, I thought that the quote was very reasonable. We agreed on a date, 8th January which was the day that storm Goretti arrived! However, Joe and his team turned up on time and did a brilliant job. They were quick, efficient, polite and didn't leave any mess. I am extremely pleased with the new door and would highly recommend Worcester Garage Doors.

I have replaced two single up and over metal doors with roller shutter doors. I sent an enquiry via the website and Joe contacted me within a couple of days, he explained that they only sell and fit doors from a uk company and that the cost would be more than some of the cheap doors on offer via some other providers. I was happy to proceed with a full site survey and this was scheduled for the following weekend, despite filthy weather on the day Joe arrived and conducted the on site survey, explained all the options and how the install would look. I placed the order, a fitting date was agreed a few days later, the date was confirmed by both phone and email, and a couple of days before Joe again called to confirm arrival time. On the day the fitters from the door manufacturer arrived ahead of schedule, both were polite and work was extremely efficient, both doors were fitted in one day, the old doors and frame taken off site and everything left clean and tidy. Joe was on site, the handover was thorough with a full explanation and demonstration including an explanation of the warranty. I’m delighted with both the doors and the excellent service from Worcester Garage doors.

Following a site visit from the supplier we received our quote to replace an old pair of garage doors with a new pair of electric powered roller doors. We accepted the quote, and everything went exactly to plan with the job finished on time and to our satisfaction.

At the time of our initial meeting, everything was thoroughly explained and because the fitting may have been problematic, Joe contacted the fitter to appraise the situation and give his advice. The subsequent installation was at the time we had agreed and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Prior to leaving, Joe explained all of the workings of the equipment together with the warranty and future annual service needs. I would recommend this company as nothing was too much trouble and the staff were hard working and friendly. I considered the product very good value for the money.

We're very happy with our new garage door. Couldn't fault them at all, from the initial site visit to final completion. reasonably priced, good quality door and excellent workmanship. Turned up when they said they would (something that seems to gone out of fashion these days). Joe and his team were always helpful and reliable at every step.

WGD are different. I telephoned expecting to be answered by a secretary desperate to get an appointment for a sharp suited salesman who would offer me huge discounts for ordering immediately. I was wrong. I left a message on an answering machine, and within about half an hour Joe phoned me back. Far from pressing for an immediate appointment, we spent about 20 minutes discussing what I needed, and why, and only when he was convinced that he would not be wasting my time, did we set a date for him to come out. That visit lasted about an hour as we discussed what could and could not be done, and what safety features would be included for which other companies would charge. That meeting concluded with Joe telling me to read through the literature he left, and to contact him if I had any questions. When I telephoned to say I was ready to proceed, Joe came out again and took many careful measurements to ensure that the door would fit and work perfectly. After I had paid the deposit, a date was set for installation. The fitters, Nick and Keith, turned up on time, and I was consulted on how I wanted the door installed, and where the control box should be placed. It only took about three hours for the old door to be taken out and the new one set in place. Joe then went through the procedure for operating the door and ensured I was happy with everything. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending WGD, as their service and knowledge is exemplary, and products are first class

The company was excellent all through the process of checking what doors we needed, quoting for the work, working with our builder, fitting the doors, and demonstrating them once fitted.
