Worcester garage doors were recommended by a friend. Joe arrived to quote at the appointed time, explained in detail our options and took time to do a thorough survey. Via text and email, we were kept updated and agreed a date to fit. On the day of fitting, Nick and Ken arrived on time. They took care of the surrounding area and neighbour’s property too. They both worked diligently, cleared up any debris and we were impressed by their friendly nature. Joe attended several times during the fitting and was very informative on completion, explaining the electric system and controls. We are very happy with the finished result.

I ordered a roller shutter garage door from Worcester garage doors after having a number of quotes for similar doors. The salesperson that came around was Joe and he seemed very knowledgeable. When I had made the decision to purchase, I had to pay half upfront. The company emailed me within a couple of days of payment to give me an installation date, which would be about 6 weeks away. This allowed me to ensure that my new garage was painted and ready for the new door. The fitters arrived as per the email and started around 9am. By 1030 they had finished, and I was really happy with the outcome. The fitters were very quick as there was no old doors to take away or remove and I had an electric socket installed just for the new door. I have had the new door less than a week and it works as expected. It is fully automated and has the safety feature that will not allow it to close on anything. The latest email says to keep the manufacturer's guarantee I must have it serviced every year which costs around £100, so will need to think about that. But as it stands at the moment, I am really happy with the door and would recommend Worcester Garage Doors.

Joe came to provide a quote and described in detail what was required and how the door would be installed and how it would operate. His quotation was competitive. Having paid the deposit we agreed an installation date and time. The removal of the existing door and installation of a new door was carried out without any problems. The operating instructions were explained in a simple and coherent manner. They left the garage area clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the service received and would recommend this company.
