From the first point of contact at Worcester Garage Doors I found Joe to be very helpful and knowledgeable about roller garage doors. I was kept informed at each stage of the process until the day of installation. They arrived on time. 2 installers started work immediately, very polite and friendly. Installation took under 3 hrs and the area was left clean and tidy. Joe arrived halfway through and we went through all the documents and instructions on how to use the roller door. The whole process was well organised with excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

I rang Worcester Garage Doors for a quote a couple of months ago. Joe came to my home and explained the different options of frames, doors and colours. He then gave me a price, there was no pressure to make a decision there and then (like there is with other companies who promise a discount if you sign now). He said he would just send me the price and I could confirm if I wanted it. I was happy with the price so confirmed. Joe rang me to give me a choice of dates for installation. He rang me again the day before to confirm the time. Joe and two others were on time, efficient and helpful (I had had surgery since the quote and couldn't clear the garage, but they sorted it). The installation was very quick and only took 2 and a half hours. Joe then gave me a demonstration and the key fobs, paperwork which explained the warranty and the final invoice. Everything was smooth and as expected. I particularly appreciate his communication throughout with phone calls and arriving when he said he would and his help with my current disability. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

I have to say that right from the start I was impressed with Joe and Worcester Garage Doors. They were very professional throughout in every stage of the process (initial examination of my garage, their explanation of what they proposed and what options they offered). Joe even called in the installation crew to ensure they got the right installation plan and quoted verbally the total cost and a guide to when the work would be carried out. The confirmation for the cost and an installation date proposed followed and were as verbally quoted and all promises were kept. After the installation Joe went through all the features and how to get the best from the installation. I wish all contractors were as professional and courteous as they are.

A neighbour recently had their new garage door installed by Worcester Garage Doors, and I was very impressed by the quality and by the standard of work. So I contacted Joe for a quote, as our up and over metal door needed replacing. He came round a few days later and took his time to explain everything in detail. As I already had an idea of the approximate cost from our neighbour, I thought that the quote was very reasonable. We agreed on a date, 8th January which was the day that storm Goretti arrived! However, Joe and his team turned up on time and did a brilliant job. They were quick, efficient, polite and didn't leave any mess. I have replaced two single up and over metal doors with roller shutter doors. I sent an enquiry via the website and Joe contacted me within a couple of days, he explained that they only sell and fit doors from a uk company and that the cost would be more than some of the cheap doors on offer via some other providers. I was happy to proceed with a full site survey and this was scheduled for the following weekend, despite filthy weather on the day Joe arrived and conducted the on site survey, explained all the options and how the install would look. I placed the order, a fitting date was agreed a few days later, the date was confirmed by both phone and email, and a couple of days before Joe again called to confirm arrival time. On the day the fitters from the door manufacturer arrived ahead of schedule, both were polite and work was extremely efficient, both doors were fitted in one day, the old doors and frame taken off site and everything left clean and tidy. Joe was on site, the handover was thorough with a full explanation and demonstration including an explanation of the warranty. I’m delighted with both the doors and the excellent service from Worcester Garage doors.
