The work carried out by Worcester Fencing was replacement of a timber sleeper retaining wall and repair of some picket fencing. The work was carried out in a very professional manner; a date for commencement was agreed and kept to, the staff who carried out the works on site were impeccably polite and the quality of the work was excellent. The design of the new retaining wall is much better than the original and so any maintenance in future will be much simpler. The whole installation looks really good and is a real enhancement to the garden. I would highly recommend them.

Our 25-year-old back fence needed replacing, as the wood had started to rot and the entire length was starting to bow outwards. Worcestershire Fencing inspected the site and gave us options for repair or replace. We chose to replace the fence in its entirety and set a date for the work. The team arrived on the day, kept me fully informed of what was going to happen, i.e. remove the old fencing panels and dispose of them sustainably, then insert concrete posts, gravel boards and new fencing panels. They stepped the panel heights slightly to match them to both adjacent properties. At all times the team were friendly and professional, happy to answer any questions I asked. When the job was finished there was no mess, just a good looking, solid new fence providing a secure boundary to the back of our property. Throughout the entire process communication was excellent and I'm very happy to recommend Worcestershire Fencing.

Worcestershire fencing completed a large project of work to our property which has a garden of around 1 acre, a third of which is densely wooded area with large mature trees and several other areas of overgrown and neglected garden. We needed a contractor to carry out a variety of work over a period of approx 3-4 weeks including clearing of the main garden area from decades of leaf and pine drop with approx 50cm thick of decaying ground cover and various areas where overgrown shrubbery had taken hold. It was a significant clearance of material to the main garden and woodland areas to create a clear level subsoil ready for seeding. These clearing works were carried out using both machinery and plant as well as crucially a specialist recycling company taking 3 loads of organic debris in 16 tonne lorry to be processed. The team also removed a number of derelict structures old fencing and a large collapsed shed, they constructed 2 new shed bases, 1 in an area requiring complex suspended block and beam to protect the trees and root structure. The team also replaced 2 large sections of wood fencing screening the rear and one side of our boundary. Worcestershire fencing are one of the best companies we have worked with, from the professional survey and quote summarising the work that they will carry out fully detailed and cost itemised, to the exceptional team that arrived to complete the work. This job was a significant piece of work which required a number of staff to complete, all of the team were so conscientious, not only to us but also the neighbouring properties, smart and polite all in company attire, well equipped with the correct tools and training. These guys are skilled in there work not just labouring, always making sure we were happy with the project as they were carrying out the work. They also took great care to protect the trees and plants and areas that were not affected. The use and access to professional modern equipment and highly organised clean up on site was very impressive. The fencing and materials used were top end brands rather than standard wood paneling. The job was carried out to budget as per the quote and by a team that were so engaged and professional you felt it could have been their own garden. We would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. Worcestershire Fencing were a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. We had over 20 metres of fencing and two sets of double drive gates installed into a brick block surface, working to very precise boundaries. Brad, their estimator was professional, knowledgable, creative and flexible in his thinking and communication.
