Having been serving the local community since 1985 and became incorporated as a Limited Company in 2011. We have a large customer base in Worle and Weston-Super-Mare, a large proportion of which comes from customer recommendations.
We are located in Worle Industrial Centre (behind Sainsburys) and welcome customers from across the surrounding areas.

I have used this garage over a number of years. I have always found them to be exceedingly honest in their assessment of the work and the cost (together with any potential additional issues). On this occasion, my air con had packed up on my Ford fiesta. The Ford garage wanted to charge £200 just to plug it in and complete a diagnostic, suggesting it was likely to be either the Condenser or the compressor! Worle Autos not only did the diagnostic for free but determined that there was nothing wrong or any leaks. The unit just needed to be recharged. Which had allegedly been done a month before at a well known tyre fitters. System is now working fine.

The wife's BMW was in the workshop to checkout issues, having bottomed out on a country road near to home. There was also now a tapping sound when in motion. The motor was delivered to the workshop and checked for issues. Nothing was found on the underside and the tapping was found to be a large screw with washer in one of the front tyres. Phew! All this sorted in 1 day, wow! Trust is a fragile form, Worle Autos perform time and time again.

I’ve used Worle Autos several times before. Every time I’ve been impressed and that improves on each occasion. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and customer focused. There isn’t another garage in 30 miles of Weston Super Mare that comes close to their standards. I should know, I’m an engineer and could do quite a few jobs myself but chose to get them to do the work because of their standards.

From first call to book an appointment to a job completion it is an outstanding service delivered by WorleAutos Staff. Staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and open. There is no hidden costs or extra costs like in some other garages near by...where I was told that a cabin filter for £45 is a standard price- just because I am a woman doesn't mean I do not know car stuff 😊. Anyway WorleAutos had delivered a great service. Debug, filter change and recharge of my aircon-beautifully done. Definitely recommend.

My VW T6’s engine was making metallic rattling noises when cold, I contacted Worle Autos who were very helpful and suggested I bring the van in to try to diagnose the issue. I found them very helpful and knowledgeable and suggested clutch or DMF issue. I was then able to book in 2 days later for the work to be completed. At pickup of the van I was explained / shown the parts replaced and issues found in plain English. My car wasn't sounding quite right so I took it to the garage and they had a quick look for me there and then and then managed to book me in for 2 days later as they knew the car was safe to drive until then. They made sure I had a courtesy car as I still had some running around to do the day it went in. They called me to explain what needed doing exactly and how much it would cost before starting the work which was great. They then messaged and called me when my car was ready to pick up a few hours later. Had a fault found on my VW Golf while I borrowed their car to go to work. They don't rub their chin's and suck through their teeth while over exaggerating the problem and cost. Their quote has a full explanation of the fault and a very reasonable price. They are very fair and would be quite happy to let you do the work if you prefer and can, offering advice where needed and even getting the parts you need if you wanted them to. When the charging problem light came on, I assumed it was a battery problem. Recharging the battery did not solve the problem, so I contacted Worle Autos (they have serviced the car for several years). They asked me to take the car to them later that day, and they tested the battery and alternator whilst I waited. They diagnosed a failed alternator, and gave me a quotation for a new alternator, which I accepted. They fitted a new alternator and drive belt, and charged the battery. The work was carried out on the agreed date, in line with the quotation, and was completed within a few hours. I was notified when the car was ready for collection. The staff at Worle Autos are always helpful and friendly. Their charges seem reasonable and the quality of their work is high. I recommend them.

Having recently moved to Worle from Bristol we had to find a reliable garage to maintain the three vehicles in our family. We have had all vehicles MOT’d here and two vehicles serviced. Very friendly staff that offered a courtesy car if needed, reliable service, and the most important thing for me is that I feel confident taking my car here, I will only be charged for work that actually needs doing. Took my car in for a full service as it was due! They quoted me a lot cheaper than my own cars manufacturers and had a lot better availability. I was planning on just sitting around in the waiting area whilst my service was done but they offered me free access to a courtesy car as the work was done, allowing me to drive home! Overall very good work, done well & to a good standard, no complaints and would recommend!

Worle autos were recommended to me by a friend a couple of years ago after it felt like I was being constantly ripped off by other garages. Had my vauxhall insignia booked in for an MOT and service so I dropped it off the night before. I got a courtesy call and a text message from James the next morning to let me know my rear brake pads would need changing (which I kind of knew but was in denial!) before it could MOT'D, he provided me with a very reasonable price for the work which I excepted. The work was carried out and I was text messaged to let me know my car was ready for collection and at what time they close. Collecting and paying was a piece of cake, with the guys being friendly and helpful and the final bill was pretty much what I expected, so no shocks! Great service provided very very happy.

I've been going to Worle Autos for a number of years now for servicing and repairs. I would recommend them highly. Staff are always polite and take the time to explain what work is required over and above what was booked. Recently had a couple of warning lights come up on the dashboard, they quickly diagnosed the fault and priced the repair. The car went into the workshop at 9 o'clock on the agreed day and all work (service/ cambelt/ ABS wheel sensor) was completed by mid afternoon, with a text message advising that it was ready. A courtesy car had been offered, but was not required. Final bill was a bit cheaper than anticipated. Some follow up checks (coolant level) advised due to the work which had been carried out. Pleased to say all is fine.

My air con hadn't been working for some time and after being in my wife's car and that working I decided I needed to get mine recharged. Sent over a Facebook message and was replied to within 10 minutes and informed they could fit me in today. The cost and time it will take was made clear, i Was there within 5 minutes and left the car with them for the recharge. Messaged received that it was ready and upon arrival there was my car and it was freezing inside, happy days. Super friendly team there and very accommodating, they offer so much more and I shall be taking my car there for its next service, a courtesy car is included free of charge so I can still go about my day with a car to use. I was fed up with not having working air con in my car, driving with the windows open wasn’t really working in the heat. So, I decided to contact the garage to see when they could fit the car in. I called at midday as I did a night shift so slept the morning. I was very pleased as they managed to get me fitted in for a re gas later that day. Dropped the car off at 3pm and received a text when it was ready. My car is now like a fridge. had air con sanitiser put through at no extra charge, and now smells of apples. I have 2 vehicles and I would not take them anywhere else to get the work done. The guys at the garage are always friendly and helpful. They keep you informed of how the work is going and have in the past picked up my vehicle as I was at work The prices are competitive and the work is to a high standard I have and will continue to recommend them to friends family and colleagues
