Simon and the Wow Energy team installed a new solar panel and battery storage system, together with an EV charger at my home in Marple. I chose Simon and Wow because of the attention to detail and customer service when seeking quotes - feeling that Simon would do a high quality job which would be a good investment in the longer term. Simon and team identified roofing issues behind the tiles when installing the system, which had been my fear given the age of the roof. However, this was resolved in a very effective manner, utilising Simon's contacts and finding a really good balance between practical advice, excellent teamwork with roofers and real drive to help get the problems fixed, whilst adapting the PV system design given the need for a new roof. Simon and the team (Rick, Jason) were all very professional, open and filled me with a lot of confidence through the process. I'm really pleased with the end result, which is both a roof and a PV system that should now last us for decades. Easy to deal with, reliable and professional - I would highly recommend Wow Energy.

Wow Energy surveyed and installed our solar panel and battery array recently. At all times the service was excellent and can be thoroughly recommended. Simon the boss was around for all key operations during the installation and handover with a full explanation of what to expect. The fitting team and electricians working for him were also very thorough and tidy in their work.

WOW Energy have been absolutely fantastic. They recently installed and commissioned two additional Enphase 5P batteries for us, taking our system up to 20 kWh — and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. I recently required a re-roof and asked Simon to work alongside my roofer to install a integrated solar and battery system. I needed help to understand the technology, costs etc. and Simon was professional and patient with me through the whole process. I've no hesitation in recommending Wow Energy. The team did a first-class job in fitting solar panels and a storage battery (April 2025). The job was not without some challenges. The guys were organised, very polite, hardworking, and they know their stuff. It's been a few months since the panels were fitted, and we're delighted with the performance. My only regret is that I didn't get the work done earlier.

I was impressed with the installation and the professional attitude of the WOW Energy team and now I am really impressed with the performance of the solar panels and battery. We have recently returned from a holiday which resulted in the high use of the washing machine and tumble dryer with the solar panels providing all of the power that was needed, hence no cost to us. They also charge the battery which enables us to use the oven in the evening again at no cost to us, a real positive result.

Simon and his team installed 12 solar panels and a battery. The project was managed very professionally from organising the scaffolding company to the installation of the equipment and the final handover. Simon‘s explanation of the equipment its construction and how it would operate was very comprehensive and he was happy to answer any questions or queries during the installation. It really was excellent service and very customer orientated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending WOW Energy as a thoroughly professional and customer-facing team.

Simon and his team were most helpful when discussing the options for my installation and took great care to make sure their system was suitable for my needs The work was carried out very professionally and everywhere was kept tidy with little disruption. When up and running Simon personally visited to show me the system and how to use the Enphase App to monitor and control the system.
