Danny the Problem Solver

I had an issue a while ago with my upstairs lights cutting out randomly without an apparent reason. Danny gave me a quote that was professionally produced with a detailed scope of works. Due to the nature of the problem it required a few visits to nail down the cause, which was a short section of poor wiring under the insulation in the loft. He was very reasonable with his charges and stuck to his quote although it took him longer than expected to resolve and fix the issue. He was tidy, friendly, professional, on time always , and explained all he was doing. He was also always available to contact during the course of the investigation. I have not used his services before but will definitely use him again and I have told him he is now on my preferred contractor list!

I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering a very long time ago. This gave me the confidence to rewire each one of the three houses my wife and I have owned. The last rewiring was done about 21 years ago, just before you needed Part P Certification to do such work. I only mention this as my past experience means that I know if an electrician has done a good job. I lack the knowledge of more recent changes to the regulations and am now too old to cope with heavy lifting, so I hired Danny to install a pair of new Neff ovens. This required a new secondary consumer unit and I was delighted with the result. Danny knows his stuff and did a very thorough job of circuit testing. He was also punctual, polite, and professional. Highly recommended!

Danny went above and beyond to accommodate my requests - from the big jobs to the little - as he performed an EICR and various electrical jobs around the home. He was punctual and communicated throughout in a friendly and extremely clear way, both in person and via email. He also kindly came in under the quoted price as the jobs took less time than expected. We're very happy with the work, and won't hesitate to use WTF Electrical Services again. We highly recommend Danny.

I work as a support worker for adults with learning and physical disabilities. One of the gentleman I support struggles when he stands up. He was brought a chair alarm by his family which informed us when he was attempting to stand. The wiring to this unit became detached and when I contacted the company the alarm was bought from, I was told I would need to buy a brand new unit. I reached out to Danny who was happy to take on the challenge and gave me the unit back and perfect working order within a day. I really appreciate his efforts and I know that the gentleman I support will be so grateful for the work that he has done.

I needed some electrical outlets installed in my garden and found Danny on Which Trusted Trader. Danny was superb in discussing my requirements, figuring out the best way to achieve the desired outcome, planning the work, inspecting the burying of cables, and finally installing the outlets when the landscaping was completed. He was a delight to have around, was neat and tidy, and thoroughly professional throughout. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Danny investigated the problem with the power supply to the oven and explained clearly what the problem was. He was able to resolve the issue and the oven works better than ever before! Danny was really thorough in his work, as he checked and tested the connection before being satisfied that the work was complete. He did a really good job, so I cannot recommend Danny highly enough.
