I took my car to Yate Garages based on a recommendation from a friend. I am usually quite nervous going to garages but I was greeted by Stephen who was friendly and welcoming. He took a look at the damage to my car and was able to do a minor repair in less than 10 minutes, but not before he showed me the damage. I had previously been quoted £125+VAT plus £150 labour from the main dealer, for something so small that could be repaired. It was no trouble for Stephen whatsoever and I am so thankful that he did not take advantage of me like the main dealer have. A little kindness goes a long way, and I think it’s safe to say Yate Garages have just gained a customer for life.

I have used this garage a few times since I discovered them. They are great, their rates are far better than anywhere else. They are all friendly. They get the job done in the time they say they would and phone you when its done. I plan to use them all the time from now on, This is just one of those garages that everyone needs to know about. Forget big dealers and national chains, this is the place to go. Just wish I had found them earlier.

I have been using Yate Garages regularly since 2004, depending on them to keep both my car and my 24 feet Autotrail motorhome in good running order with regular servicing and all maintenance work. Steve Churchill has always gone well beyond the usual business expectations to the extent of running my home "because it's raining". He has an instinctive knowledge regarding cars and their problems, and his integrity is beyond question.

I have used Yate Garages for the last 7 years for both our cars. All the work has been carried out to a high standard. No extra work has been carried out without authorisation unless agreed beforehand. Steve runs a family business and gives personal attention to customers. He also has a loyalty discount that keeps the costs down. He has also put himself out when I needed urgent help.
