Contacted Tony through the Which? Trusted trader site to fit new consumer unit. He was very knowledgeable, and informed us that we needed to have an isolator switch fitted by western power distribution, and gave me their contact details, and advised us on the cost for fitting. Once this was done, we booked a date for Tony to fit the consumer unit. This should have all been done in one day, but to Tony’s credit he is very thorough. He was checking the sockets, but the readings weren’t what he hoped, so double checked, then methodically went through the whole house looking for the elusive loose connection. As it was getting late, and not wanting to open a new can of worms, Tony said he would get his meter re-calibrated to ensure that wasn’t the problem, then go through them again to isolate the problem, which he did. He came back a few days later, and found two loose connections in a couple of our sockets which had given the bad readings. This put right, Tony was able to sign off the job, and didn’t charge for the extra work as he explained that it was inclusive in the initial quote. Tony has also fitted a second light switch into our garage for us, and will be coming back to fit new led pir floodlights to the side of our house. Thanks Tony, you’ve done a great job.

Tony provided me with a quote to do a range of electrical work associated with a kitchen renovation. He fitted a cooker, hob, and extractor fan and changed and upgraded the facing plates on a range of sockets and switches. He also fitted some new lights in he kitchen and bathroom. Tony came as arranged and gave me advice and a clear quote on the work. We agreed the quote and he arrived on the scheduled day and time. The work was completed neatly and efficiently and at the agreed price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony if you are looking for a friendly and reliable electrician who will complete the work to specification and at a very fair price. Tony did a great job connecting some electrics to our garage for us. He carefully inspected what was needed and then provided a very clear and reasonable quote. He worked very cleanly and professionally and the finished job is very tidy looking and works perfectly. Would highly recommend.
