Very satisfied customer. Yorvik Windscreens came to my house on the specified date, were polite, explained what they would do, did it very quickly and efficiently. I can recommend them without hesitation and would use them again.

I provided the windscreen rubber supplied by East Kent Trim and this was fitted by Yorvik Windscreens. The two-man team arrived ahead of schedule on the appointed day and worked fast and efficiently, exercising great care and thoroughness in the removal of the existing rubber and windscreen. The new rubber was fitted, the windscreen re-installed and abundant sealant used to guarrantee it was completely waterproof. I am very pleased with the result of their work. The job was done with great care and thoroughness, and the installation left clean and tidy when they were finished. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring this kind of work.

Fast and professional service, reasonably priced and lovely people. The glue is still fresh as I write this but I am positive I won't have any issues. Highly recommended!

Really excellent service. I inquired one Sunday evening and had a full price quote within a couple of hours, and the windscreen was fitted but 2:30 PM the next day. Every interaction was polite and courteous, the service professional, and the quality fantastic. I would highly recommend!

Contacted this company on a Sunday afternoon about my car window having been smashed. Contacted me back promptly and organised to come out the next morning (Monday). Fitted my new window within half an hour, even vacuumed up the remaining glass that I hadn't been able to sweep out myself from the previous window. Very reasonable price compared to elsewhere I had enquired, and a local, independent tradesman so a win-win.

Buying a VW Transporter and looking for someone to put dark glass window in back and both sides. I emailed Yorvik Windscreens about some deep scratches on my windscreen to which they recommend that I replace it. Price quoted was very reasonable and about 1/4 of the cost quoted from a major repair company. Correspondence was quick and professional and I got an appointment really quickly. Unfortunately is was working on the day but they offered to come to my place of work and conduct the replacement which was really helpful. The guys took around 40mins to replace the windscreen and it looks amazing. No leaks, no damage which a professional install. I would highly recommend Yorvik Windscreens.

Contacted Jorvic windscreens as I wanted to have a rotary vent fitted to my pickup canopy. From first contact via the phone until the work was completed, their customer service was excellent. Stuart handled my query, he was really helpful and honest about about the job and made sure I was updated regularly (from order to arriving at my home address to fit the vent). I am really pleased with the vent, which was fitted quickly and cleanly. Would definitley recommend.

My car had been off the road, under cover due to a leaking windscreen above the driver's side, for 2 weeks. Contacted many windscreen repairers via email & answerphone & not one company got back to me. We put a ' can anyone recommend a local windscreen repairer? ' online. Yorvic Windscreens LTD was recommended straight away. Rang them on Tuesday 13.12.22. They arranged to come out, first call, the following day. They showed me what the problem was. There was no sealant from the top 5-6 inches to all the way down that same driver's side. No wonder I'd had a problem with it! Anyway. They fixed it, pronto. The two gentlemen were extremely professional and polite. I can't thank them enough for attending to the problem so quickly. I can now drive my car again.

The guys have incredible customer service and work effectively. I used the quote checker at the start of the working day, about my windscreen chip to enquire about price. They came out to me were done before lunch time. Ben did a great job of answering my query, we had a time in mind for the work to be done and because I shared my flexibility of working from home, they were able to arrive early. By the time I got outside to open my car they were already set up ready to go, the rain wasn't a problem as they had a cover put up and were drying off my windscreen. Both staff were very professional, well presented, and friendly. They expertly explained the process and managed my expectations as a first time customer, I have experienced condescending car services for being a female car owner in the past - but I was absolutely thrilled that the staff at Yorvik Windscreens didn't have even a hint of gendered bias. Once the process was completed they gave my keys back showed me the work done and emailed me an invoice which was so easy to pay. All done in such a short time window. The service was flawless. I can not recommend Jorvic Windscreens enough!! Extremely professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. After being let down by a large company, these guys went above and beyond. They also refit my dash cam which the other company refused to do. They came to my house and refit the whole windscreen within an hour. 3D camera in my windscreen and auto wipers work perfectly. Thank you guys you really did go above and beyond.

I contacted Yorkvik for a windscreen repair and headlight refurbishment. They advised me the windscreen could not be repaired and clearly explained and demonstrated the reason why. The chip is not too bad so I’ll wait and replace the screen in the future. They then proceeded to inspect the headlights and gave me their opinion on refurbishment. I was happy with the recommendation and asked them to proceed. The end result was fantastic with the headlights looking like new. Great job. I’ll definitely be back in touch when I decide to replace the screen.

Got the guys at Yorvik Windscreens in to restore the damaged headlights on my Audi S5, could not be happier with the service and price. The lights look like new which saved me a potential costly replacement at over £500 each for new ones. I contacted Yorvik Windscreens because the windscreen of my car needed replacing. They were super friendly, gave me a quote straight away (much cheaper than Autoglass!) and managed to fit me in the very next day. The replacement was done in no time, very clean and tidy. Ben and Stuart were really helpful in putting new windows into our camper van conversion. They put right a previous bodge by someone else. They were very straight forward, helpful & great to deal with from my 1st email contact. Coming out to where I live to do the work saved me having to take time out from work to get the van to them.

Yorvik Windscreens came out to replace my rear windscreen. arrived at the time they said they would. Cleaned all the broken glass very tidy job highly recommend.

I needed a stone chip in my windscreen, which was developing into a crack repairing. I rang them up and booked an appointment for the following day. The job was completed in under half an hour and the result was excellent. I did shop around for quotes and their prices were extremely reasonable, unlike a major windscreen repairer who quoted a mind-blowing £167 to do the job.

I found Yorvik Windscreens work to be very professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I needed 2 side windows fitting to a Renault Trafic van. When I arranged the job by phone, I was given the details of the procedure of how they would cut out the side panels and more importantly how they would rust proof the remaining bare metal edges. It took no more than 3 days for the glass to arrive and be fitted. They arrived on time and did the work exactly as they described, cleaning any debris away as they worked. I was very impressed. Ben and Stuart did a professional job removing and replacing the front and rear windows on the Humber inserting new rubber seals. They were prompt and stuck to their quote. Ben has a wealth of experience , having spoken briefly with one of the National companies about two chips on the Mini I had just purchased who left me disconcerted I rang Yorvik Windscreens, they rang me back and viewed car. Concerned at the new MOT stringency on chips I asked Ben for a quote.He immediately looked up the screen and the price was so reasonable. I booked for the windscreen to be fitted at 8 am on a Wednesday at home, Ben arrived promptly and quickly removed the old windscreen cleaned all areas and even sourced me a door windscreen pillar trim cheaper than I could source on internet. All cleaned and fitted before 9am. Getting behind the steering wheel what a difference the new screen makes. I would recommend and use again.

Treat myself recently to a 06 Cooper S Convertible with a couple of chips in the windscreen. I visited a National Autoglass company where they told me I would have to go via national line and off the cuff quoted over £120 . I rang Yorvik Windscreens how refreshing to have a polite response from Ben who rang me back at agreed time. I visited and got a quote, I queried a new windscreen and Ben quickly did some checks and gave me a fantastic quote it was a no brainer new windscreen and no worries at the next MOT. Arranged to be fitted 8am on a Wednesday Ben arrived promptly and undertook the work efficiently at the price agreed and even sourced me a a pillar trim and cleaned all the areas. All fitted before 9am. The car is rejuvenated can’t believe the difference. Clearly Yorvil are experienced professional on Autoglass , I have already recommended to others.

Changed my windscreen which had cracked. Gave me the best quote and were friendly and helpful to boot, and I was able to communicate with them via email outside of regular hours, which was a real bonus. Arrived at the agreed time with the correct windscreen and completed the work in a timely fashion.

I had a small chip in the windscreen of my Ford Focus and was unable to find a garage that had the means to fix it. Yorvik offered to come out within a couple of days (although I had to schedule them for the following week because of my own timetable) and quoted a reasonable price. The repair ended up taking about 20 minutes and I can barely see where the chip was now. Ben was courteous and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service to anyone in need.
