Yorvik Windscreens are a York based automotive glazing company covering all areas of York, Leeds, Wetherby, Harrogate, Thirsk, Ripon, Malton, Pickering, Scarborough, Bridlington, Driffield, Selby, and all surrounding areas.
Our professional team with over 20 years service, will ensure that our work provides immediate service at competitive prices to get you back on the road as soon as possible. We are a fully mobile service meaning you never have to wait around at a depot while your car gets repaired, we come to you at a time and place of your convenience.
If you are fully comprehensive insured we are linked in with most of the top insurance companies enabling us to keep the cost down for you, if you don't have cover we can also give you a competitive quote.
We also specialise in all makes and models of classic cars, whether its a full glass removal for restoration or just re sealing leaking windows. We can also offer our glass polishing service which can remove marks and scratches from the glass.

I needed a stone chip in my windscreen, which was developing into a crack repairing. I rang them up and booked an appointment for the following day. The job was completed in under half an hour and the result was excellent. I did shop around for quotes and their prices were extremely reasonable, unlike a major windscreen repairer who quoted a mind-blowing £167 to do the job.

I provided the windscreen rubber supplied by East Kent Trim and this was fitted by Yorvik Windscreens. The two-man team arrived ahead of schedule on the appointed day and worked fast and efficiently, exercising great care and thoroughness in the removal of the existing rubber and windscreen. The new rubber was fitted, the windscreen re-installed and abundant sealant used to guarrantee it was completely waterproof. I am very pleased with the result of their work. The job was done with great care and thoroughness, and the installation left clean and tidy when they were finished. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring this kind of work.

We had called and left a message on Monday (Bank Holiday); Ben called us back on Tuesday, said he could replace our windscreen on Friday, which was perfect. He then called on Thursday to say he could do it the same day, and by the time I got home from work it was done. First rate service, work, and price. Having reported the cracked screen on Friday afternoon, the view screen arrived on Monday morning at 0815 and the job was completed by 0915 with the work carried out in the rain under the cover of a canopy extending from their very well equipped van.
