The team were really friendly and helpful throughout. On the first visit they gave us creative options for solar installation which suited our needs. On installation they were efficient and professional, and communicated each stage clearly. They kept us informed on removal of the scaffolding and waste and sent the the paperwork quickly so we could quickly export energy. Would recommend Your Energy Your Way to anyone.

We had solar panels and battery fitted. They visited the property before and gave us a quote, which was very detailed and competitive. We went ahead with the installation, they arrived on time, informed us of what they were going to do each day. They were very knowledgeable about the work and were efficient, clean and tidy in their work. Since the work has been completed I have had follow up phone calls asking if everything is working ok. Any questions I have have either been resolved immediately or they have taken them away to investigate.

YEYW consulted and advised us on the best approach for us to achieve a lower carbon, more sustainable and cost efficient way of heating and powering our home. They measured the thermal properties of the house and walked us through the various solutions available providing us with the pros and cons to each solutions. They then installed solar panels together with batteries and an inverter. In addition they also fitted an air source heat pump and new radiators throughout our home. Once the install was complete they ensured that all the systems were linked up and provided us advice and support wherever we needed it.

We had 14 solar panels, an inverter and a battery installed. They did a thorough pre survey and completed the works in the stipulated timeframe. I always felt that a professional job was being done. Yourenergyyourway first surveyed the property to assess the suitability of installing a heat pump and/or solar panels. After a technical review it was decided that installing a heat pump would be beneficial but in my situation I would not make good use of solar panels. Yourenergyyourway then helped me to complete the request for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant which was successful. The work was then planned to my convenience. I was supplied with the necessary electrical requirements so that the electrician who was rewiring the house could provide them in advance. The team of 3 arrived as expected and worked diligently in removing the existing gas boiler, hot water tank, gas fire and related accessories. Over the next 3 weeks the heat pump, new hot water tank and all associated pipework and controls were installed. The design calculations showed that I could use my existing radiators so these were cleaned prior to the filling and commissioning of the system. The system was then started up and I was shown how to use the controls. The heat pump has been operating successfully ever since. The house and the loft space were left tidy and clean once the works were complete.

I found this supplier to be honest, efficient and easy to contact. They supplied solar panels through an associated firm who did the installation to a high standard. They were not the cheapest quote I obtained but certainly the best to deal with.
