Had a new boiler installed whilst away on holiday. We were going to be without heating and water for 2 days so it made sense to have the work done whilst away. Left a key with Michael so he could do the job. Also replaced radiator valves had the system flushed a Magna Clean installed. Came back to a clean and tidy hot house. Also had a new thermostat that you can control from your smart phone, it is excellent. Micheal was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I need too.

Michael recently installed a new boiler and fitted new radiators one of which was a vertical to replace older ones. I'm really pleased with the end result the radiators look great and I appreciate the effort that went into attaching the vertical one...it wasn't an easy wall! This is the second time I have used your plumbing and would highly recommend the company. Excellent advice and information on everything from the choices of boilers to the scope of the APP to control the heating. Michael provided a detailed, accurate and competitive quote. A professional service, friendly and reliable! Michael even patched up the external brickwork from the old boiler and did an excellent job you would never know there had been a hole there it blended into the original brickwork really well. Excellent communication throughout the fitting taking time to explain everything and flexible when I couldn't get back before 5pm/5.30pm due to work. It's difficult to find a good plumber/tradesperson and would definitely use your plumbing again in the future. Thank you!

Just had a Valliant combi boiler installed. Michael was very accommodating in coming around at short notice when our old boiler stopped working. He was very helpful with his advice and knowledge. Installation was completed painlessly and on time. Michael and his apprentice David were very pleasant to deal with, punctual and performed tasks efficiently, with no mess and little disruption. Michael has just carried out the annual service to our Vaillant boiler which he installed a year ago. I was happy to tell him that our annual gas bill as a result of this is around 25% of what it was for the same period last year! It goes without saying that I am absolutely delighted, and I trust Michael implicitly in everything he does. He is presently installing a new bathroom and kitchen at my daughter's house, and his skill and expertise are very apparent!

Break-up and removal of old bath with new thermostatic taps, fitting of new bath, fitting and connecting of washbasin and new concealed toilet cistern. Michael was friendly and competent, careful to ensure the jobs were done how we wanted them, willing to work around my desire to do some of the jobs myself, happy to give advice on fitting of new toilet pan and tiling as we went along. Had a combi boiler leak, Michael asked a lot of detailed questions on the phone and came out as soon as he could (later that day I think). He spent a long time diagnosing the problem, made it safe and returned when the part was in. As I was popping in from time to time, he was explaining what each part did (at exactly my level of understanding!), where problems sometimes occur and had asked to see the previous boiler service history. My impression was that he'd done above and beyond the job - he commented that the system was so clean there were no micro-particles in the water, and provided advice on how to keep it clean with future DIY. Clearly, he knows his stuff and cares about the equipment and providing a good service. Both Michael and his colleague were polite, courteous, did what they said they were going to do, were on time. Absolutely everything you would want from a plumber and they have the highest possible recommendation from me.

Very efficient, friendly and informative with regards to all the work he did for us. Happy to do an extra job after we'd initially requested a tap replacement and also did a little bit of improvement work on some of the existing plumbing. Very good value and would definitely recommend!
